Wasn't it a "No DQ Snakepit Match" or something to that effect?

It was a "Snake Pit Match". That means it was No- DQ so yes you are correct.

Who did Razor Ramon defeat in a tournament final to win the Vacant IC Title?

SummerSlam 91 had a Nasty Boys-LOD match that was "No DQ, no countout".

I suppose the Ron Garvin-Greg Valentine submission match at Royal Rumble 90 would apply.

Anything else is out of my guess

I don't know where or how The Big Event aired, but it wasn't PPV even if it was released on video. Hell, even WrestleMania I technically wasn't a PPV.

It might have been close circuit.

Garvin/Valentine was technically a submission match.

Your still right cause LOD/Nasty Boys was a No Disqualifcation Match.

Next Question:

Why didn't Savage save Crush from a Yokozuna attack on MNR in July 1993 until after 4 banzai drops?
