To be quite honest, I was more into Jazz's run as women's champion then I was with half the main-event angles going into mania this year. She wasn't a very good wrestler, but she forced people to take her seriously, and that's why she worked as champion. Of course, that was all ended as quickly as it had began, but they had another opportunity to create a solid division there, if they wanted to take it.

She was a better wrestler than most, and had an aura of menace about her. I can live with a monster heel with good skills. When she gets back I wonder if her and Molly will continue their apparent teaming up? I can't see Molly turning face too soon, and Jazz makes a great heel, though. Hm.

 

Ooooh...OOOOOOH!

 

How about this: Jazz beats the shit out of Lawler, piledrives him through the announce table, and LAWLER GETS REPLACED!! Okay, she'd be a heel to smarks, but so what? That would rule so much. And Lawler never comes back to get revenge or fued with her. Everyone wins.

What I want is Jazz to give Stacy a few lessons on how a diva should behave in the ring (that is, kick ass as opposed to flaunting your ass).

I would say they just need to force Lawler to stop with the puppies jokes in women's matches or that's it. Also, the big-ass virgin angle for Molly should be completely dropped. She can be arrogant without having to be a virgin, and the big-ass reputation is just there so King can crack more jokes, so it needs to go too. Have Molly act as a trainer for Victoria, while Trish continues to chase her for the title, and then bring back Jazz as a monster again, and you've got a decent division. No goofy gimicks needed, just traditional roles to make the division appear worth taking seriously.

Of course, then you have guys even hear wanting to see Trish vs. Stacey in a bra and panties match. Hmm...who was that again? *cough* Although the women can be sex symbols without having shameless T&A matches.

They will not give up the Iron Virgin Molly angle yet because Nowinski is working with it too. Hope it ends well for the both of them, however the ending may be.

 

I do hope they give up the goofy gimmicks to all the wrestlers. I just can't stand Bradshaw's Midnight Cowboy or Angle's doofus gimmicks.

I wasn't the one who called it, actually. Slim Citrus I think did, and not in a joking matter either. Although I was thinking it as soon as they were arguing. Remember than Steph is booking this shit on both shows, so doesn't mean SD is going to do any better. Although using it to boost her supposed face status would be a good ploy at this time for TV purposes.
