Guest Downhome Posted August 22, 2002 Report Posted August 22, 2002 I'm just in the mood to REALLY add to my collection, and am currious as to where the best place to get the MOST hours/tapes of wrestling for the least amount of money would be. That is all, so thanks in advance! Sincerely, ...Downhome...
Guest goodhelmet Posted August 22, 2002 Report Posted August 22, 2002 what kind of tapes are you looking for?
Guest Downhome Posted August 22, 2002 Report Posted August 22, 2002 what kind of tapes are you looking for? Anything as long as the price is right, and as long as it isn't total crap. :D
Guest Retro Rob Posted August 22, 2002 Report Posted August 22, 2002 Corey's Tapes Corey has pretty good prices $12 for 6 hours, but 95% of his tapes are comps, so I don't know if that's what you're looking for. Wrestling Power I buy my tapes from Wrestling Power. Their prices are slightly higher than Corey's $15 for 6 hours, but they have a great selection of both complete shows, comps and puro.
Guest goodhelmet Posted August 22, 2002 Report Posted August 22, 2002 ok, check it... If you're looking for WWF tapes, talk to my main man teke who has a shitload of masters. Seriously. bst quality I have seen. I am sure he has something you can see. I'm sure he could work out a reasonable price. Here's a link to what he owns.... http://pub95.ezboard.com/fworlddominationi...topicID=6.topic Now, for puro... go to Jeff Lynch, period! best quality, excellent service. At first it appears his tapes are expensive BUT it depends what speed you want them at. He seels one 6 hour tape for $20 ($15 if you provide the tape). You can fit 2-3 shows, sometimes up to 4 shows on one tape. Now, asssuming you have shopped at highspots, each individual show would probably cost you $10 apiece which would be $30-40. With Lynch, you save cash!!!!
Guest Downhome Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 Thanks for the suggestions guys (I know about Corey, he is a Mod over at the site I Admin, and yes, he is awesome as hell)! I'll be checking all of these out ASAP.

I've got a lot of comps, but the majority of my collection is of puro, and classic US footage. -Corey
