Guest eiker_ir Posted August 27, 2002 Report Posted August 27, 2002 Test-Kane at No Mercy 2001 was good.........AAAAnd that's the bottom line.......'cuz i eiker_IR said SO! bye
Guest Ozymandias Posted August 27, 2002 Report Posted August 27, 2002 Hey Unofrgiven's coming to LA with a pay per view for the first time..EVER!! (And Scott Keith is wrong, this really is the the WWF/E's first pay per view in Los Angeles.. The two Wrestlemanias were held in Anaheim, about an hour south of Los Angeles and the evil Disney corporation's stranglehold on Southern California) No, Keith was right this time. There were 2 WrestleManias held in Anaheim (12 & 16), but there were 2 in L.A. as well (2 & 7). They really shouldn't feel the need to lie like this - just saying that its their first PPV there in over a decade would be a big enough deal. Anyway, it doesn't matter if Kane is in good shape again, the match will suck ass. Both guys can only have good matches if their opponent is good.
Guest Caliban Posted August 27, 2002 Report Posted August 27, 2002 God the WWF loves me. I mean why else would they restart a feud from a match that I loved SO much the first time around, other then to reward me for my years of patronage? I hope they do the feud the exact same way they did it last time. Kane can tell Taker "We musn't overreact" Test can forget his lines, Nick patrick can get involved, JR can say "this match may come down to who hits his finisher!" Kane/Test: My savior. Nobody's forcing you to watch. And I liked Test/Kane from No Mercy too - good big man match. I had it at **1/4 - ish. It was a lot better than UT/Test.

Nobody's forcing you to watch. You don't know that. If you consider the rise in ratings in relation to the company still kinda sucking, the WWE may very well be resorting to kidnapping fan's family members in order to make them watch Raw & Smackdown again.
Guest art_vandelay Posted August 27, 2002 Report Posted August 27, 2002 Is there anybody on the roster that Kane can feud with that will please you guys? Let's run down the list of heels on Raw: Big Show v. Kane - sucked the first time Chris Jericho v. Kane - fough over coffee, seen it before Regal v. Kane - set fire to office, don't remember if they feuded, match'll probably suck Triple H v. Kane - no chance of being good, something might get torn again That leaves the UnAmericans, and since Christian/Lance hold the tag straps, Kane'll feud with Test. The matches above will happen after this feud is over. I look forward to the ranting then.
Guest Anglesault Posted August 27, 2002 Report Posted August 27, 2002 Is there anybody on the roster that Kane can feud with that will please you guys? Nope. I guess they have to fire Kane. Shucks.

Guest El Psycho Diablo Posted August 27, 2002 Report Posted August 27, 2002 Yeah. After all, in a smark's dream world, everybody over 6'2" would be fired. Anyway, I like Kane, and Test isn't that bad. I'd kinda rather see Kane on TV than.. Nevermind. Don't want to get banned.
Guest CanadianChick Posted August 27, 2002 Report Posted August 27, 2002 I think that both men are underratd, so I wouldn't mind seeing that feud.

They said it was "The first WWE Pay-Per-View in Los Angeles' Staples Center!" So sayeth the Ross.
Guest TheZsaszHorsemen Posted August 27, 2002 Report Posted August 27, 2002 Seriously, Kane can be an fucking player in this fed. Now he's leaner and quicker. He's got a 12 year angle (UT's history) behind him and add his new personality (that marks seem to like) and you have an upper-midcarder to be reckoned with. I think it's big man predjduce again.

Guest CanadianChick Posted August 27, 2002 Report Posted August 27, 2002 Right before he got injured, I was entertained by Kane. he was pretty funny and I think that he is pretty good for a big man.

I think he once did a 3 minute choke in a match. And that his only good amtches in the last year have been against Kurt Angle.

I'm not talking about management, I'm talking about with fans, particualrly fans on this board.
Guest Anglesault Posted August 27, 2002 Report Posted August 27, 2002 Well, if we under rate them, they must have good matches that we ignore. Identify them.
Guest El Psycho Diablo Posted August 27, 2002 Report Posted August 27, 2002 Kane drug a perfectly acceptable wrestling match out of Albert of all people. He tries, and when he's not paired with the Undertaker, his selling is decent. (Remember who tapped out to Angle..and who made the same finisher look weak the next week? That's right. Kane tapped.)
Guest CanadianChick Posted August 27, 2002 Report Posted August 27, 2002 Kane had a good match with Angle twice. once on Smackdown and once at Wrestlemania. TEst has been in good tag matches this year, and the only singles matches he has been in was with a green Lesner and Taker, wich wasn't a bad match. It was decent.
Guest Mystery Eskimo Posted August 27, 2002 Report Posted August 27, 2002 Kane had OK matches with Angle. They weren't good at all. Kane-Albert was a fluke. Kane should be part of a tagteam or something.
Guest Jobber of the Week Posted August 27, 2002 Report Posted August 27, 2002 . Also, I disagree on your Kane comment, but whatever. That Kane is in good shape? No no no. That Kane is bad. I find Kane to be much quicker than the Underbiker, even when he was getting kinda chunky. Maybe now his distance will be better from the top rope.
Guest Ozymandias Posted August 27, 2002 Report Posted August 27, 2002 I agree, I think they should reunite the Kane/X-Pac tag team. And I don't mean by re-hiring X-Pac.....

So kane is a good wrestler because he can have good matches with Kurt Angle...And Test is good because he can stand on the apron and let his partner(s) fight a good match? Okay...
