Guest The Czech Republic Posted August 31, 2002 Report Posted August 31, 2002 I was listening to that classic "I'm Blue" song by eiffel65 and I want to hear what you think the da ba di da ba dy lyric is. I think it can be construed as: I'm blue, da ba di da ba dy I'm blue, I'm in need of a guy I'm blue, if I was green I would die I'm blue, I'm in need of a diet I'm blue, promise me I won't die I'm blue, I'm a sweet loving guy

Lyrics aren't "that" complicated
Guest The Czech Republic Posted August 31, 2002 Report Posted August 31, 2002 Yeah but you can make it sound like almost anything which makes it a fun crappy song. Ah, good old winter 1999.....
Guest evenflowDDT Posted September 1, 2002 Report Posted September 1, 2002 "Blue" was such an awesome song... too bad nobody thought so at the time, but in retrospect, it wasn't great, but it WAS a lot of fun. ::goes to download Eiffel 65::
Guest Sandman9000 Posted September 1, 2002 Report Posted September 1, 2002 Damn straight 'FLow! ::Fires up Kazaa, CPU blows up:: Also, did anyone see the video? It looked like the guy from A Bug's Life, multiplied by a million, all marching in place. Creepy as shit.

It really can't be explained either... they just were. I don't get it though, they kidnapped the guy from the band, and even though the rest of the band goes into all this trouble to rescue him in the end they end up heading right back anyway.
Guest Kinetic Posted September 2, 2002 Report Posted September 2, 2002 That song and "Mambo No. 5" were sort of the soundtrack to a particularly dreadful period in my life when I had just moved to Italy. That shit was played everywhere. I honestly had no clue that Eiffel 65 had somehow spread to American shores.
Guest evenflowDDT Posted September 3, 2002 Report Posted September 3, 2002 You lived in Italy? Do tell! I remember the summer when I was in Israel it seemed all they played was "Better Off Alone" by Alice Deejay, "Californication" by Red Hot Chili Peppers and "It's My Life" by Bon Jovi
Guest Sandman9000 Posted September 3, 2002 Report Posted September 3, 2002 That really doesn't seem worth remembering, Evenflow.
Guest evenflowDDT Posted September 3, 2002 Report Posted September 3, 2002 Well, I also remember bodies in the middle of the road and a bus station that we walked by one day and the next day was totally bombed out... but I prefer to remember the beauty of Bon Jovi.
