I would have started posting there sooner, but I didn't know if we were 'allowed' to yet, as he said he didn't want to open it 'officially' until Sept. 11.

 

I did, however, offer some suggestions to him, and the ugly colour that the visited links were were changed to a much more aesthetically pleasing black.

hey, on a serious note, for info on movies and movie discussion, CJ is your hook-up straight up! and he's got the DVD collection to prove it. go into the movie thread and ask him a question or start a debate. i'm sure he would enjoy the company...

 

also, i am pretty good at guessing who gimmick posters are based on previous posts (i knew metal ed was kinetic by the third post). I mistakingly thought Bruiser Chong was the latest incarnation of this man with multiple personality disorder. It turns out, the mass flamer Bruiser was another well known poster...

Yes and now this thread that few cared about in the first place can finally know whom all of the incarnations of CJ were and the knowledge of who Bruiser Chong is. I remember in the PORN folder of thesmarks, the wife of a regular poster notified the folder that this poster had electricuted himself and died, and someone (I can't remember who), accused CJ (who was newly signed) of being this 'dead' poster...

Nah. Highspot was a regular poster at the Smarks'. One day his wife, Hope Spot, made a post on Highspot's account saying that he had electrocuted himself by accident and died. CJ first appeared in that same thread and people (not Highspot's wife) later started to accuse him of being Highspot. He was. Then PORNFAQ appeared in the porno folder. People started to accuse him of being CJ/Highspot. He was. Then Primo appeared on WDI. People accused him of being CJ/Highspot/PORNFAQ. He was. Now Primo is pretty much the only SN he uses. Except here.

 

The new Highspot can't be CJ. It just can't.

Crucifixio Jones was hated by a lot of people simply because he appeared at a horrible time. The whole thing with Hope Spot posting about her husband's "death" happened in the late hours of Sept. 10 or early hours of Sept. 11, 2001. That should be enough said, but CJ was a pretty controversial poster in his early weeks (not that he isn't now, he just had the controversy in high gear then), and got under the skin of many posters. After a while, everyone (or so I thought) figured it out. Anyway, it's in the past, he posts as CJ here, and Primo at his own board, The Sanctuary. This thread can die now...again.
