As far as Cutthroat not doing anything bad (i remember this argument a while ago), I also remember a thread where LexLugerRules was just talking about something going wrong in his life in the General Chat, and Cutthroat flamed him with another one of those immature 'net pictures with a crying baby.

I say my vote goes for Cutthroat too. DJ Jeff atleast is nice enough to make banners for people to take some strain off of Thunder and Nikki so I don't see him as useless at all.
