Agh--I hate the fact that this is probably the only post I'll get to make with regard to the show. Stupid school.

 

Thoughts: Tom/Tod has a big payoff that leaves both men looking solid with room for more. The Carnival has a disappointing night as Frost and Sacred pull out impressive wins--I'm kinda amazed Mag lost, actually. Way to go Aussie.

 

Speaking of which: that return made me mark hard, hard, hard. Sets up a great looking match for Genesis, and makes me wonder if this is a permanent thing or just a one-off. Cool.

 

Oh, and ha ha, I beat the crap out of Raynor! That's what you get for turning your back on the Carnival, beotch!

Right. Let's start with Tom Flesher, who knows how to kiss ass like nobody's business. Keep it up, Tom!

 

Now on to the meat of the show. I'd particularly like to comment on the two losing matches I marked last night, those of LDP/Renegade and Bo/JD. XF9's match was very good in my opinion. In particular it had what I feel could best be described as excellent psychology and SUPERB wrestling sequences, including my favorite hardly-ever-written spot of the arm wrench to guillotine facedriver attempt flipped out of. That said, though it was a good match I think Annie and Deathwish deserve some congratulations as they told a fantastic story with good wrestling and a solid, well-developed theme carried throughout. Now if Annie could just stick with a character concept for longer than a month, it'd be all good.

 

CC's match was very good as well. In the end it came down to two factors. First was grammar, which Bo won't be at all surprised by. Second was a serious flow problem that made the match feel like a car stalling on the interstate while doing 90. Other than that, I think you should all read Bo's match if he posts it as it has some true bad-ass moments in it.

Anyways, I mentioned this to him in chat, but by far the best part of the show, in my eyes, was the Sacred/Axis stuff. Sure, we get a typical Axis reason for coming back, being "I felt like it", but I get the feeling there's more to be revealed. I have no clue where this feud is headed, but no matter where it goes, it should be quite interesting. Nice work by the Aussie bloc to put out a good angle that has me guessing.

Merc beat me, which at first I was pissed about, but I can see why in retrospect. More practice for me and kudos for him...

 

And one Tom wins a title and another loses one... How will I go on with out a superior double champion on the cards now?!

Well...good showing from all, and MERC, very very nice...Sacred, it's about time you shine the way I know you can shine...

 

As for my match...not to bitch and moan, but I finally found out how hard is to write a tag team match all by yourself...I wrote the match with no problem, but the problem was that when I was about to edit, time killed me because of my job... (Remember, I write these things at my job)... Now, my grammar has gotten a lot better (I think so), and it was the lack of time that hurt me...

 

Not crying...giving respect to ASH and Xero...
