Loved the episode, and finally some people die!

 

Caleb is just awesome! Gotta love Nathan Fillion(who IS, as someone suggested, getting his own show, just not as Caleb[of course], I believe a comedy on NBC, not sure though).

 

Can't wait 'til the final four eps. Gonna to be an awesome finish.

Are they going to do anything with The Master, Dru, The Mayor, Adam, and Glory? I hate to think that they were only there for a one shot in the beginning of the season.

They really need to do a scene with The First as Wilkins playing mind games with Faith. Not only that, but it would be quite badass if it took the form of Jenny again and messed with Giles.

 

As for religion and whatnot, a bit from "Conversations With Dead People":

 

Holden: "Oh my god."

Buffy: "Oh your god what?"

Holden: "Oh. Well, you know, not my god, because I defy him and all of his works. Does he exist? Is there word on that, by the way?"

Could happen but I could also see a big cop-out with the First Good showing up at the climax of the final ep ... Buffy's on the verge of death ... Faith is in a coma (she's good with those) ... and everyone else is either dead or has the shit kicked out of them. Then, within about 10 seconds, the First Good sends the First Evil back from whence it came.

 

I'd laugh my ass off if the First Good was Buffy's dad.

Holy crap was that a great ep. I'm still amazed at what happened to Xander. I was in full "Holy Shit" mode after that. Crazy ep.

 

Faith + Spike = ratings. Their interactions were great. Faith playing off B was pretty good too.

 

And how frigging awesome was the Faith/Spock fight scene? I thought that was one of the best things ever. He even went for the DEATH GRIP~!

 

Someone suggested having the First become the mayor, to fuck with Faith. I wholeheartedly agree. And not just because the Mayor is my favorite Buffy villian.
