Not like anyone ordered to see Malice anyways. But I agree that the WWE has a problem if they fire/re-hire THE WALL, while Mike Sanders and EZ Money are stuck sitting on their asses waiting for their no-competes to run out.

The then-WWF put him through treatment before releasing him. If it wasn't for that, Wall would probably have gotten a HUGE push during the Invasion... until the day that he would piss off Undertaker by asking why Sarataker wasn't tied to a post in front of the arena wearing a saddle.
