Why are they talking about Mr. Perfect's "perfect record" when he lost last week?

 

Was JR's reference to RVD's "altered state" an inside joke or just JR being a hick who couldn't think of the right word?

 

Remember when Billy Gunn and his tag team partner beat up the APA at the Friendly Tap 2 years ago? No? So was Billy NOT gay then and gay now? And why does Tim White have "Men's Night" at his bar? And for some roughnecks, Bradshaw and Faarooq sure get all spooked around gay guys.

 

I thought Stephanie liked Kurt Angle.

 

Did they blow an easy Jericho-Steph-HHH love triangle or what? Now that HHH doesn't even care what Steph does, there's no reason at all to have her involved in this story.

Dude, you are preaching to the choir. Steph either needs to write and stay off tv or stay on tv and give up writing or just go away. Her writing or lack thereof and the weak all-around storylines are really making it hard to enjoy the WWF on an entertainment basis. Even the wrestling has been subpar lately making it even more difficult.

It seems for every good show (last weeks RAW), they have 3 bad ones surrounding it. There has not been three good weeks of wrestling since Jericho-Benoit were tag champs and even then while the wrestling was solid, the storylines were really weak while Jericho/Benoit were booked to fail.

Just because I like wrestling doesn't mean I have to like every segment of every show, does it?

Anyway, if they want to push stories and soap operas over wrestling than fine. I don't particularly want to watch 2 hours of just matches anyway. But at least put some THOUGHT and LOGIC and CREATIVITY into the story.

 

I mean, come on, Japanese Shampoo? Little dick/loose pussy jokes to hype the title match at Wrestlemania? Cardboard cutouts with their own locker room? Forgetting what happened 7 days ago on the show that you helped write?

 

It's stupid bullshit and you know it. They look more and more like WCW by the day.

This was tongue in cheek, Perfect had said earlier that the Kane match was an 'exhibition' and they were playing along.  

 

All your other points are good, and examples of , yes, lazy writing. I'd like the answers to those questions you pose.  The thought processes of WWF writers are unexplainable sometimes..

I thought it was very weak how they made a big deal out of a videotape and then all it was was something nearly every WWF fan has already seen before. Shit, I actually thought it was going to be some development to the feud there, instead it was just stating the obvious. Talk about a letdown......I thought it would have been clever and *GASP* creative to reveal to HHH that while he was injured Steph was cheating on HHH with Jericho, that would have been what that tape would have shown. Guess Steph just can't go all the way with the slut character, huh? But of course loose pussy jokes are allowed.....which of course has nothing to do with the feud even. WHAT?!

I was hoping that the Jericho videotape was something like the tape he made when he was feuding with Benoit - the one with "I will fight Chris Benoit as a blushing bride" and other funny stuff.  Something like that on HHH would have been funny to watch.

others usually just piss me off. steph staying withTrips, austin joining the alliance after turning face.

 

What is so hard with building a decent coherent story for 5 or 6 feuds. it doesn't have to be complex. if it is, kudos for you but it will probably go over the heads of 99% anyway. I just want logical and NEW!
