The whole reason the titles are split is because LESNAR CHOSE to be exclusive to Smackdown cause supposedly it's his perogative. Well, the title has been officially de-unified I believe, so to be on both shows Undertaker would now have to win the WCW championship as well, but since that is exclusive to Raw and he's on SmackDown, the title is split until they fight at a PPV.
