Stupid lawsuit thread...

Recommended Posts

Well. I'm going to counter-counter-counter-sue YOU for saying "You are so fucked" while having a Mick Foley avatar. It gave me images of Foley doing bad things to me (while flashing the thumbs up and saying "Have a nice day!"), and has scarred me for life. You will pay, you callous subhuman wretch, you will pay indeed.

Though this sounds iffy, I swear I heard it was true. (Heh heh.) In Tennessee, a man's house was hit by lightning. He filed a 'suit against God. And they didn't throw it out. However, God failed to appear in court. So the judge ruled he had to pay damages. However, they have not yet been able to track down God and force him to pay.

Damn...I didn't think anything could top the stupidity of that Satan case.

From what I remember about the Satan case, it was thrown out, because since no one knows exactly where Hell is, they weren't sure which jurisdiction the trial would fall under.

If Satan were to go to court, would he represent himself, since he is probably a lawyer by trade?

I'll never have a hard-on again after reading that...

I think mentioning Mick Foley and the phrase "hard-on" in the same messege is a good reason for a lawsuit.
