AJ made a brilliant move by countering Ki and sending his knee into the rail.

It appears that AJ will stay on the leg...let's see if it plays into the finish.

Remember Chad?

The guy that brings his signs to TNA and distracts everyone?

A sign in the crowd is for that site..and it's all about Chad and his signs

Fall number 3 begins, as they hit each other with a series of punches and works into the corner. AJ goes for the Styles Clash, but Low Ki blocks, the AJ comes back with a vicious SpinBreaker. Both men are winded, as Low Ki works the arm of Styles and gets a Dragon Sleeper. AJ counts, and goes for a cover by using the ropes, 2 count. Back up AJ goes off the ropes, Low Ki ducks but gets hit with the Styles Clash. 1,2,3. Winner: AJ Styles.

A feathery haired Jeff Jarrett cuts a promo in the back with Goldylocks and says he will be on top of the NWA soon enough...

Oooh, Prime Time!

next match: Elix Skipper and Brian Lawler VS Syxx Pac and Scott Hall

the Cliques theme sounds a bit like Puff Daddy's Come With Me/Kashmir by Led Zepplin, but of course has gay sounding vocals..

Match starts off with Waltman and Skipper. They exchange blows and Skipper hits a couple of swift matrix style kicks. Waltman bails and Scott Hall gets in. The drama between Lawler and his girlfriend builds as Lawler gets into the ring to battle Hall. he comes back and forth to the outside telling his April to behave. He sits her down and tells her not to move. Meanwhile, Hall and Waltman look like they are telling glory days stories in the corner as we all wait for that idiot Lawler to get back in the ring.

I'm so glad they put Skipper in this match since LAwler is such a flake

Lawler and Skipper double team Razor as they knock him over to the corner and wishbone him off the post. A quick 2 count on Hall by Skipper. They take Hall back to their corner and work him over. Lawler gets in and plays to the crowd. Hall is sent into the corner by Lawler and he should blocks him, then covers him for 2. Skipper back in, he works over Hall, and knocks Syxx off the apron.

Well....Lawler kills another match for me...

I'd really like to see Skipper vs. Pac now.

The Lawler drama continues as Elix holds his half of the match up. Syxx and Skipper battle back and forth and he hits the X-Factor for a 2 as Lawler makes the save. Hall gets in and hits the fall away slam on Skipper. Clothesline to the corner by Hall, and then Syxx goes for the Bronco Buster but is blocked. Skipper goes to the top for a dive but Syxx turns it into an X-Factor for the 3 count. Winners: Hall and SyxxPac.

Jarrett comes in after the match and attacks Hall and Syxx. He hits a couple of Strokes, and the secruity team comes out.

Backstage, AJ does a cocky interview with the SEXY Goldylocks. Damn she's fine. Anyways, AJ teases a Ladder Match challenge for next week for the X Title..

Well...I was rooting for Truth...but I'd rather see Styles/Lynn if it's a ladder match.

Truth vs. Lynn up next.

AJ winning earlier throw me off who's going to win this match.

I figured Lynn winning was a lock...now I don't know.

Yeah, I think I'm gonna take all this one in actually. I'm guessing Lynn is going to win, but ya neevr know. Should be good either way.

Anyways bps, how was I in my play by play debut?!

You're doing a great job.

I find that doing the pbp makes it difficult to actually watch all that's going down...so it's really nice having the week off.

I think we might get to see Truth take on Lo Ki after that.

Match was a damn fine effort from both guys, IMO.

I realy hope that next week sees Truth vs. Ki, alongside the Styles/Lynn ladder match. Throw in Elvis vs. Elvis and JJ vs. Pac or something and you've got a good looking show.

Maybe it'll be a 6 man tag next week with:

JJ, LAwler and Skipper vs. Hall, Pac and James.

That could be okish.

I really hope that we see Truth vs. Ki along with it.

And of coursethe ladder match and Elvises Exploding.

I have to question the sanity of making this the main event when it wasn't going to have a finish.

Lynn vs. Truth would have been a better choice...

but they love to go off the air with these big beatdowns.

It's cool that Skipper is getting a big role.

Whew, this weeks' show was much better than last weeks. Overall a more oldschool Memphis style of booking, the way it should be. I would guess Jarrett took more control of this one. I decided to order the replay later in the night on the promise of a 2/3 falls Styles-LoKi which I figured would tear the house down. Instead it just was a dull match that was mostly stiff kicks and that was about it. Still was a good match though.

Only real negatives was a tease of a potential Harris Brother feud (yikes) and Bruce was back this week and it was worse than ever, as he almost got in a match with some 80 year old woman. Complete waste of time IMO. But the rest of the show was solid enough that it made worthwhile to watch this week.

Lynn-Styles in a ladder match should be the blowoff match, and I would imagine they give them the ME slot. That is the only real feud that is $$$ in the company and has ever been. I just thought about this while watching tonight, I think it would be cool as hell if they do a Pac-Lynn feud down the road. Those two have a huge amount of history together and put on great CW action way before it went to any national level at all.

Two really dull back to back shows.

Some okay action this time out but all totally forgetable - that's not enough to leave me satisfied after Raw and it's certainly not good enough for something that costs me ten bucks a pop.
