What's your favorite folder?

Out of all of the forums here at TSM, which is your favorite and why? Least favorite?

 

I'm putting this in general chat for now because a lot of people don't go into Site Feedback.

General and NHB.

 

WWE is the worst floder BTW.

Favorites: Pretty much all the Pop Culture ones, save for Music, Comics and Porno.

 

Least Liked: Porno. Just doesn't serve much of a purpose anymore. I wouldn't shed a tear if it goes. I'd also mention WWE, but that one isn't going anytime soon.

Porno could stand to go, Comics I'm not into very much at all, Current Events is a conservative-run wasteland, General Chat and NHB(when it's active) are my favorites, with WWE coming in a close third, because there are some intelligent people in there. They make up 10% of that folder's population, but they know how to keep it interesting.

 

Oddly, I think of General Chat as a sort of aristocratic society, where the "established posters" hang around.

My favorites are General Chat and Music......I check out the Movies/TV one or whatever it is called often too.

By far my favorite folder at the Smarts is the Comic Books folder.

 

My next two favorite folders would be the Music folder for the discussion and the NHB folder, which can always provide a good laugh.

 

My guilty pleasure folder would be the General Wrestling folder, which can have its moments of intelligent discussions.

Current Events followed by Movies. I like the Food folder when a thread regarding stupid customers gets started...

I prefer General chat and No holds barred. I even like Food & Shopping if there is something to post about in there.

 

My least favourite is the WWE folder. I used to never see why people bitched about it, but lately, I am beginning to see their point.

My faves are Current Events and WWE. Although the WWE folder is ASS right now. The same, very dull discussions and topics where everyone and everything sounds like a broken record.

Right now, General Chat...maybe NHB. I used to like the WWE folder, but lately I've been turned off by all of the complaining. That, and I'm losing interest in the fed altogether.

I like this one and Music. NHB has its moments, as well. The WWE folder does suck, but I think that's reflective of the product they have to discuss.

It changes regularly, but I find I post in General Chat mostly, and I did this little thread thing which made it somewhat fun for awhile. Music was good, but the topics are starting to get really crappy and stale. Movies is always good to visist to once ever week. And I usually check up on the Raw and Smackdown threads in the WWE folder.

Current Events is a conservative-run wasteland

My, someone's bitter.

 

Anyway, the "conservative-run wasteland" is my favourite forum. Why? I just like talking about my work. General Chat is okay for slumming with the commoners and just chatting once in a while when my brain gets lazy. I get bored with NHB easily, and although I occasionally post in a few of the other Culture fora, it's like once a month and zero extended discussions to date. Much the same reason.

 

As for the ones I don't visit, well, that's pretty much everything else. Sports, all the wrestling fora, &c. I don't dislike any of them; they just don't interest me.

Music's my favorite by a long shot, because that's probably the topic I know the most about/care the most about. Current Events is second, just because that's where the real arguments get started, to hell with NHB, the CE folder is where to find the heat, I really like it. That said, NHB is ok, and I like General Chat and General Wrestling.

 

WWE sucks balls, The other ones I'm pretty indifferent to.

I guess my favortie is the TV/Movies folder...about 24% of my posts are there...my least fav as gotten to be general...too much post whoring shit gets pinned there.

 

Why not just have a post whore section?

NHB, Music, Sports, and General Chat would be my favourites.

 

As for my least favourites, I don't think I have any. I'm rather indifferent towards many of them. However, I think that the WWE folder has gotten much better in the past month or so, as the level of annoying HHHating has subsided.

Yeah, fortunately, the HHHating has become a parody of itself. Sadly, this means INTENSE~! won't be used anymore. Even more upsetting is that without HHHating, there really isn't much to talk about except for plain ol' bitching, and even that's confined to being Anglesault's gimmick within a gimmick.

It's not sad at all. True political discourse inevitably winnows out unfit ideas and ideologies and their proponents. Eric, Zorin, KoR Fungus, and Eskimo are all significantly to the left, but they've survived because they're smart. Even cfici does all right from time to time. But the the sissies, the crybabies, and the just plain stupid leave on their own. Which is exactly how it should be.
