I know the Rumble is the GIMMICK but that never stoped them from Ladder Matches...Casket Matches or I Quit matches before...

All I was saying...just to compestate those who will feel the rumble is worthless without a title shot stip they can Put a I Quit, Ladder, Last Man Standing, First Blood, Cage Match for the Title match...just to add a little more emphasis but still sell the Rumble.

The rumble is too far away to even worry about. I bet WWE hasn't even planned past Survivor Series. If they plan to do 19 PPVs next year. They need to plan the rumble NOW. But it isn't going to happen. So my best guess is to prolly have the winner of the rumble fight for the title of his respected roster....or better yet. Have the winner of the rumble go for the WWE title. But the month between that said winner goes for the big gold belt, and we reunify it.

I think...the Wrestlemania title shot stip has made the Rumble anti-climactic. You always know who is going to win the Royal Rumble, for the most part, and that takes some of the fun out of it.

The 1992 one was a total grab bag. I think Scott Keith said that at the end of the match, you had Piper, Warlord, Slaughter, Sid, Hogan, Flair, Perfect, and Backlund in there, and any one of those guys had just as much a chance as the other and the other. Even Warlord could've walked out with the belt. If you have Booker T, RVD, Flair, Kane, Jericho, Benoit, Angle, Edge, and Guerrero all at the end fighting for a vacated Undisputed Championship, it's anybody's guess.

I liked the early Royal Rumbles. when just anyone can Win the Royal rumble. Like Hacksaw, and Big John Studd.. Kinda makes it more fun when just anyone could win it. Maybe they should just go back to that.

This year should be a total absolute surprise, like having a guy like Eddy Guerrero draw #1 and win it all. Or just go with RVD or Benoit, that works as well.

The answer is too simple. 15 Smackdown wrestlers and 15 RAW wrestlers, alternating RAW then Smackdown entries. Last person left in the ring gets a shot at their brand's title.

Duh.

What about the other brand's title? How would they settle that?

Why does everyone expect them to still unify the titles? At this point with plans to keep the split and add more PPV's it makes no sense.

If they do the last man for each brand the guys would be reall stupid since you dont get a final winner you just stand there with another guy from either RAW or Smackdown.

Well if they'd go with my plan they'd just turn the Royal Rumble into a RAW exclusive show and have its winner go to RAW exclusive Wrestlemania while Smackdown controls King of the Ring and it's winner gets the main event at Smackdown exclusive SummerSlam

Why not just do a last man from each brand gets a shot at the title of his brand, and the last man period decides which title match at wrestlemania goes last, or which title is the one in the main event?
