If there's a WWE show in your general area, how far would you go to see it? Would you go out of town, out of state, across the country? Seeing as I live around Chicago, I have gone as far as Rockford and Milwaukee to catch WWE events, though they've all been house shows, weekly shows, or minor PPVs(Over the Edge '98, No Way Out '02). If there was a WrestleMania in the MetroDome, or the RCA Dome, I would travel to Minnesota or Indiana to see it. And do you find with the downfall in the product that you are less willing to make a trip to see the show?

the closest WWE event too in the DC area is either at the MCI center or Landover's Capital Center. they think the Patriot Center next to me is to small.

I travelled an hour drive to see the WWE in london! Im lucky because i live close to the capital.

They also have shows in Birmingham and Manchester, but i would not make the 5 hr trip to see it their.

If they held at decent ppv over here (like they did in 1992) then i would make the longer journey. But with the glorified house shows they give us over here, i dont think its worth the journey. Especially as the tickets sell out so quickly, that you never get brilliant seats!

The quality of the product doesnt bother me, at the end of the day its still the WWE! They would have to go dramatically downhill for me not to go and see them, but then i think that would be the same for any Smark or massive fan.

I've travelled to London a few times for a few WWF events, which takes about 3 hours. But, I'm would never do that now as I've kinda lost interest in WWE, I'm starting to go Puro crazy!

I'd only really travel out of the country if they held a Wrestlemania in Toronto again or in Montreal (I live in NY, it's a pretty long trip but it's not so far that I would have to shell out the money for a plane). Out of state would probably have to be a Wrestlemania in either NJ, Boston, or Philly.

I have only been to one WWF event and that was in 1996. I tried to go to another one in 98 or 99 and I bought tickets to it, but I couldn't go, so I just gave my friend the other ticket and he took his brother. I'm going to the next show that comes here probably.

Meh. I think the furthest I'd go is Montreal (2 hrs) or Boston (3 hrs). However, if I get my WMXX tickets... *salivates*

Living in Maine, I've been to most of the shows in Bangor and Portland. I've gone to Boston 3-4 times before and I'm going to Boston for Rumble 2003.

I traveled 6 hours to see this year's Royal Rumble in Atlanta. My friend was a Triple H fan(probably shouldn't be my friend, eh? :)), so he wanted to go, and I was(still am) a Jericho fan, so seeing him defend the titles was a good reason to go.

That's as far as I would go though. I've been to three(2 Smackdown!s, Judgment Day '00 PPV) in Louisville and one in Nashville(Judgement Day '02). That's all.

I'd only go further for a WrestleMania.

I'm considering going to WrestleMania, I don't like live events but I might make an exception for WM. The only problem is I live in California, it's about a day via Greyhound and would cost about $140 roundtrip. Flying would cost around $220 round trip. If I go I'd probably fly and maybe catch Access while I'm there.

Aside from WM I don't think I'd go further than a 3-hour drive which means SF, SJ, Sacramento, Fresno and Stockton are all in range or close to it.

Farthest I've ever traveled was about twenty minutes, to the Delta Centre/E-Centre.

When I get older, I'll probably drive to Colorado/Nevada, depending on the show (major PPV/really good RAW)...

If I have the money at the time, I'll go anywhere on the west coast for WrestleMania.

I'm in Philly and the farthest I've ever gone out of the way is Atlantic City.

I live in New York, and the farthest I've traveled is about 3 hours to Toronto for Wrestlemania. Every other time I've gone to an event it has been here. I'd probably travel to Buffalo which is about an hour away if I wanted to.

When I was living in Illinois, I drove about 50 miles to go to Summerslam '94.

I've driven about 80 miles from my house in Hampton to go to a Smackdown in Richmond, but that's about as far as I'd be willing to go.

I won't go past the 20 minute drive to Columbus.

Maybe 3 years ago I would've made the drive to Cleveland or Cinncy but not with wrestling in it's current crappiness.

I live in AL, but I plan on going to see WM next year in Seattle(It'll be the first WWE PPV I've ever been to live) and I also plan on going to WM 20 wherever it is, as well. So I'd go pretty far.

I live in Newfoundland (the farthest Eastern point in Canada) and my friends and I went to Wrestlemania X8 this year. It was a boyhood dream, so it was certianly worth it!

So we know who the guy is that's chanting "Let's Go Test" in the ic title match. :)

I think it might be at MSG (WM I, X, next would be XX) so maybe I'll see you!

Hardy har har, AS...

As far as WM 20 goes, I'm hoping to set up a meet with Dames and a couple of other guys from around there, BUT, if you come anywhere near me, I'll mace your ass...

Let's see.

I live less than a mile from the Georgia Dome and Philips Arena, and those are the only Weee shows I go to.

I normally go to a sports bar 5 minutes up the road for a PPV...

So in other words, if the Wweeeee ain't within spitting distance, I don't go

Speaks volumes about how I feel about the quality of their shows recently eh?

For PPVs while I'm at school I'll sometimes make the half hour drive to Athens to watch them for free. But I've only done that for WMX-8 (only for Hogan) and Summerslam this year (for HBK).

I have been to 3 WWE shows in the last 18 months and never went less then 100 miles. Most recently:

Monday Sept 9 Mankato, Minn. 200 miles

Tuesday Sept 10 Minneapolis, Minn 118 miles

and back in May of last year I lived in Oregon, where WWE doesnt travel to, I drove 7 1/2 hrs to Vancouver B.C. for a house show.

In all likelyhood I will be going to WMX9 up in Seattle, I will make a little Vacation out of it and go see some friends in Oregon. thats about a 4 hr plane flight.

I go every time they're in Springfield (IL), which admittedly isn't very often. I've gone to see them in Champaign, which is an hour away. I really wanted to go to various shows in St. Louis (2 hours) and Chicago (4 hours) but I was without a car for quite a while and I had no luck in finding someone to ride with. Honestly, if I had the cash, I'd go to every show possible, regardless of where it takes place. I guess a lot of people would, though...

I live in northern California so I have a lot of options. San Jose, Oakland, San Francisco, Sacramento are all possible venues. Because of all the major cities near me, I haven't had to go more than an hour to get to a show.

If there was a major show in southern California like when Wrestlemania was in Anaheim, then I'd consider doing a road trip down there. It'd have to be a hell of a show though. I'm a wrestling fan, but not THAT big of a fan.

I'm in the Philly area, so obviously I'd do Philly. I'd cross the river into Jersey, either the Meadowlands or Trenton for a house show. Maybe up to Hershey under the right conditions.

Living in Australia i took a couple of hours plane flight to see the WWE when they came out a few months ago, and if they come out again i'd probably do the same, provided the WWE isn't too crappy at the time.

I wouldn't go overseas to see a WWE event, with the possible exception of Wrestlemania XX, which i may be going to.

Fully Loaded 2000, WrestleMania X-7. I would have gone to 2000, but at the moment I wasn't really thinking about it. Same with Unforgiven this year. I will be at Mania, front row if I can find someone interested in picking up the lodging end of the WrestleMania package, if my friend and I get the ticket end.
