I recently rented the DVD Kung Pow: Enter the Fist. This movie was so stupid by so funny at the same time that I ended up really enjoying it. It's basically a spoof of kung fu movies, so if you like kung fu movies, you might not like this. it is funny because the star (steve odekerk) spliced himself into the 70's kung fu movie tiger and crane fists, re dubbed the entire track including himself, with all his own voices. its mad funny. who else here has seen it?

I got the DVD too. Have you listened to the commentary? Steve's wife calls in the middle of them doing the commentary and they left it in. It's great.

I love this movie. I'm just a fan of the "stupid humor" kind of movies. Well some of them atleast.

Yes, the commentary and "what they were really saying" tracks are gold. Not to mention the "book on tape version."

yes, yes, i have listened to all of the special features. there were two deleted scenes i would have put in the move: the one where chosen and lings father hide in the bell, and the one where he meets the blacksmith of glory to get protective caps, those were great.

"gonna go get my protective caps.

get em from the cubbord,

get em really fast.

Im a ventriloquist oh yeah!

protective caps all day!"

Dude, your signature picture is scary and ugly at the same time. Make it smaller or something, please.

Man, that sig picture is very disturbing.

As for Kung Pow, I love the movie as well. It's beyond stupid, but it has some clever stuff that you may miss on the first viewing.

A cool extra would be the original Kung Fu movie that they're parodying.

Best line in the movie. "I'd like a pound of nuts please"

"THATS A LOTTA NUTS!!!!!!"

You've got to see it to get it.

yeah, if you put on the audio settings to what they were really saying you hear steve talking in english while everyone else talkes in manderin

one of the funniest parts about what they were really saying is the part where he says "thank you master tang" but he is really saying "big bombs go ka-bang"
