Was Buh Buh doing a worked shoot type thing when he was commenting about "earning the title" and about the boys in the back "forced to play the game" or was it just another one of those interviews that is all according to plan, yet when over-analysed it can sound like anything smarks want it too?

I was thinking that too.

It may be me, but I think RVD was shooting too by complimenting HHH on his abilities .. at waterspitting as opposed to actually wrestling. This while HHH cut back about "not ready", which im sure was clear as day to the majority of us.

Give anybody some mic time to speak on HHH and I think we might hear some quips that arent in favor of Mr Raw Champ.

I didn't see the show, but I've seen promos like it in the past, and it was definitely a work. As loathe as they may be to admit it, the WWE reads the "smart" internet stuff, and they sometimes work it into the on air program just to get all of us in a tizzy.

Everybody say the CRZ credo w/ me: "If you see it on TV, it's not a shoot"

They've been doing it a lot lately and its not a shoot.

From Bubba's comments, to Lita's WWE.com quote, to Spin the Wheel Make the Deal to a lot of things recently. They are dropping smart comments left and right.

This can also fall under Scott Keith's personal little quote:

"I love shoot comments that aren't supposed to be shoot comments..."

I liked these better in WCW, because Madden would start yelling "It's a shoot, Tony! It's a shoot!"

Bubba was just desperatly trying to avoid the boos which I'm sure he knew were coming before he even got in the ring.

The promo fell in perfectly with the storyline surrounding the two (the Raw roster being pissed off that the title was just handed to HHH). so it had to be a work.

Right. No way Bubba or RVD said anything that wasn't planned beforehand. Besides, reading into what RVD said about the waterspout is really stretching to get at something that isn't there.

Yeah...that remidns me...what's with Bubba getting booed all the time now?

I have no idea. It doesn't make much sense. He's been on face run for a good while now.

I don't think he's necessarily getting booed all the time now. It was just an instance where Buh Buh was given a little too much promo time and not enough material or skill to warrant it. People aren't exactly hitting the box office to see him as a main event singles competitor, and his showing on Monday kinda sealed the deal.

I think the WW_ are trying to get Buh Buh on the Foley route, i.e., build him up as the newest Everyman, fighting against the stereotypical image of a Main Eventer, fighting the good fight for the underdog, etc. Unfortunately, it's coming a little too quickly for a majority of the fans, and they probably saw through the whole thing, hence the uncomfortable silence/booing. They just can't see him as anything other than a tag team/table/comedy niche wrestler right now.

Which is sad because it really was a pretty good promo.

If Buh Buh was really Shooting unauthorized the next time we see Buh Buh would be Going through a Flaming table and getting his face burnt off thanks to Bimbo Porno queens putting too much Liter fluid on it in XPW.

They could have gave him the mic and just let him wing it to try to get more face pops for him. Despite what people say Bubba is a decent face character, that people do like. He just has Midcard cobwebs all over him. He didn't have the build up to really get a Main Event crowd reaction.

Though look at Raw... you got RVD and KANE as the Main Event level Faces.. and Kane gonna lose again to HHH at No Mercy and RVD had to Outclass HHH so he gets to take on Ric Flair in his decline. Not that its really a bad thing on paper. But Flair is just a Bump machine now, not a hell of alot offense other than Chops kneebreakers, lowblows or figure fours. RVD would be slowing to a crawl in order to have Flair keeping up with him. aw well.

To do that we'd have to actually WATCH XPW

Test might have Shane, but HHH Screws Steph...so Unless Test has something going on with Shane, HHH Trumps Test every time Booking wise lol

Maybe everyone realizes what an untalented fuck he is?

I mean, really.

Hey, don't get me wrong - I'll take him over HHH any day of the week.

But Buh Buh's awful. To try and turn him into the next Foley, as they seem to be attempting, is one of the highest insults I would imagine one could ever give to poor ol' Mick.
