Guest Kotzenjunge Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 You in the part of Maryland that's hanging by a thread or something? If so, I am so sorry, dude. I live in the middle of somewhere, but if you went about thirty or so miles in any direction, you'd be in nowhere territory. Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 My house is surrounded by : Swampy area behind Cow field to the right in the summer which is a dried up creek, unless it rains and then the area floods.. State Forest to the left Actually, the Chicken Farm is to the left as well, Theres just an empty field in front. And you can get to my house via the dirt road.. So, yes, I live in the middle of nowhere..
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 Hmm, that is pretty isolated. We've got houses all around, and a marsh with a creek behind the house. Anyways, let's see if we can put together a list of who is going, group by group. From what I've been able to figure out from the ideal situation, here's how it looks: In BLACK MANTA~! Kinetic Incandenza ME~!(hopefully w/ some female I know) In Some Other Jabroni Car Alina Dames DrTom In Yet Another Jabroni Car Jingus Big Poppa Popick Is that us so far? Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 We were talking last night, and it's doable by December, he said. I also said that was the ideal situation. But I do fear for the stability of the planet if Dames and I are within 500 feet of each other. Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Guest Incandenza Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 I fear my chances of getting some action will be lessened if Dames is anywhere in the area. I can't match his chick magnetism.
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 No, with people like Dames and I, you just pick up what we don't. Kinda like runover from a glass filled to the brim. You'll be fine, worry not young(er, older than me but you get the idea) grasshopper. Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 I would go if I knew there would be more than people just getting drunk. I would like to meet some of you guys and hang out and shit, but I don't drink.
Guest Incandenza Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 The best I can hope for is sloppy seconds. But, beggars can't be choosers and all that jazz.
Guest Incandenza Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 I would go if I knew there would be more than people just getting drunk. I would like to meet some of you guys and hang out and shit, but I don't drink. The drinking will only go on at night. I imagine we'll all be sober most of the day.
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 We'll be sober during the day, that's gotta count for something. Besides, someone's gotta drive, right? There will have to be two or three sober people in the group on each night. (Troy McClure Mode on) Designated Drivers: The Life-Saving Nerds! (Troy McClure Mode off) Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Guest Incandenza Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 If we go out into the world at night, I assume we'll just make generous use of the Metro. Failing that, everyone under the age of 21 will be the designated drivers (you guys aren't old enough, anyway! ::shakes finger:: ).
Guest Spaceman Spiff Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 Anyone under 21 should be banned from the trip, anyway. I mean, what's the point if they couldn't go out at night?
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 I aint driving shit! [/sPACEBALLS]
Guest Incandenza Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 Drunken hotel parties are fun, though. Hmm, I'm not sure about Popick, but it seems that the only people under 21 that are definitely going are Kotz and Kinetic.
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 I think I might go, but I have to iron out my plans for December. I think I'm going home for Christmas and I don't know how long I'll be there. Come to think of it, depending on the timing of this trip, I might be able to have a way for Dames to come down here. I usually take the bus when I go back home, but I might ride with somebody.
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 Yeah, I forgot about the Metro! Woohoo! And, believe it or not, I'm sure there are nightspots that take 18 and uppers. We can't drink, but we can always do that when we get back to the hotel. Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge EDIT: Besides, I'm an amazing enough dancer to not have to worry about being drunk.
Guest Spaceman Spiff Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 Oops, I thought everyone involved was already 21 ::smacks self:: Carry on...
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 I'll slap you too if you'd like. (scowls at the Kylie hater) Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Guest Spaceman Spiff Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 I think I'll pass. I'm game if you want to get a chick to slap me though... ...did I say that out loud?
Guest Goodear Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 Y'know, if we're going to have 8-10 people here, cramming all of them into a two-bedroom apartment is going to be difficult. Hell, my apartment is ~2800 square feet, and I wouldn't want 8-10 people lying about the place. Plus, factor in that many people needing to use showers, bathrooms, etc, and it's just a big mess. I think we'd be imposing on Goodear more than he realizes and stepping on each other (literally and figuratively) more than anyone would be comfortable with. Mark: thanks for the offer; it really is a hell of a gesture. Logistically, I think we're better off in 3-4 hotel rooms. Well in that case, Tom, lets just say anyone who is incredibly poor and can't afford a hotel room is more than welcome to pop by if they want to... or if you all need fridge space or something. I'm willing to help the cause.
Guest DrTom Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 In Some Other Jabroni Car Alina Dames DrTom "Some other jabroni car?" Beeyotch, my Maxima and its 255 horses would leave your punk-ass Mustang in the dust. Just because Dames might be in it does NOT make my ride a jabroni car.
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 Yeah yeah, you and your horses. Well I don't see any horses... DO YOU???? Nope. However, the Mustang IS a horse, so it wins. Nyah nyah! Dames being in your car does redeem it though, so it will be worthy of parking next to BLACK MANTA~! Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Guest J*ingus Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 Don't even think of dissing my Corolla, foo'.
Guest Leena Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 I have a Corolla, too. It's so ugly, but it gets great gas mileage!! I'd have to fill up with gas like 20 times just to get to DC in the Nova.
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 I'll insult who I wish, I'M DA KING O' DA WORLD, BAYBEE~! Damn, I can't decide whether I love or hate my false bravado. Either way, my car will OWN your cars when the Gathering occurs. Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Guest Incandenza Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 My car's a shitty looking Altima. It runs alright, but it is in desperate need of a paint job. Being that I'll be leaving it at his house, Kotz will be the only one lucky enough to see it.
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 Leaving it here, eh? That's fine, as long as you don't mind children crawling all over it and throwing stuff at it(if parked outside the wall) or my family inspecting every inch of it and trying to break in(if parked inside the wall). Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Guest Incandenza Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 Where else would I put it? I would rather not use a parking garage (trying to cut down on the expenses, ya know).
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted October 9, 2002 Report Posted October 9, 2002 Hmm, we could park it far away enough from the house for them to forget it's there. We have a pretty big yard. Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
