Guest Phoenix Fury Legdrop Posted October 6, 2002 Report Posted October 6, 2002 Boogalou apparently jumped to XPW, according to CZW's website. Steve Corino teamed up with Homicide tonight to lose to the debuting Backseat Boys.
Guest DRAWMUH Posted October 6, 2002 Report Posted October 6, 2002 Just to clear up something (I thought that match happened at XPW's show) Steve Corino and Homicide took on the Backseat Boyz And get this...on November 9..... ROH show @ 5:00 CZW show @ 8:00!!!!!!! This is fucking sweet! We'll see workers like CM Punk for sure and others working on both shows hopefully! This is going to work!
Guest Sandman9000 Posted October 6, 2002 Report Posted October 6, 2002 Well, so much for Da Hit Squad, then. (They were Da Hit Squad, right?)
Guest ShooterJay Posted October 6, 2002 Report Posted October 6, 2002 Natural Born Sinners, eh they were worthless anyway, I wish they took the Carnage Crew and Nana too.
Guest Nevermortal Posted October 6, 2002 Report Posted October 6, 2002 Sinners fucking sucked it up. Hit Squad is way better.
Guest Youth N Asia Posted October 6, 2002 Report Posted October 6, 2002 Can you really "Defect" in the indys? With no contracts and all, is the guy going from making "next to nothing" to "jack shit"
Guest ShooterJay Posted October 6, 2002 Report Posted October 6, 2002 Youth, in with ECW gone, the Philly wrestling subculture has gotten really cutthroat, so yeah, in that sense it's a "defection" albeit an extremely minor one.
Guest Phoenix Fury Legdrop Posted October 6, 2002 Report Posted October 6, 2002 In other news from the RoH show tonight, the ICP debuted. They were met to "Don't Come Back" chants. Announced for next month: Red vs CM Punk vs. Spanky vs. Paul London vs. AJ Styles vs. American Dragon vs. Michael Shane in a Gauntlet match Prophecy vs. Low Ki/Doug Williams for RoH Tag Team Titles Xavier defends his title
Guest EMAXSAUN Posted October 6, 2002 Report Posted October 6, 2002 roh sounded like a good show to me, but so did xpw, and i found out that xpw drew 700, thats less than the show b4, but good for them because they went head to head with roh and roh also had czws support
Guest EMAXSAUN Posted October 6, 2002 Report Posted October 6, 2002 oh yeah here are xpws results: 1. Pogo "The Clown" defeats The Sandman 2. Chris Chetti defeats Chris Hamrick 3. XPW Tag Team Champions Mexico's Most Wanted defeats new Tag Team 4. Juventud Guerrera (aka The Juice) defeats Julio Dinero 5. Vic Grimes defeats Snuff (who is under WWE contract) 6.
