Yeah, in the past they had been fairly low and in the middle more recently, but when Heinz Field opened they promised to put all the extra income back into the team, plus they decided to keep last years team together as best they could, so they spent big money.

Well Favre has pretty much always had at least one good WR every year and it helps that Favre makes his WRs better. This year he has two good WRs and a decent rookie who's improving.
