RAW to be the "Night of the Weird Chants II"

last RAW in Montreal was after WM (the debut of Brock)

 

chants that night included:

 

"Na na na na, hey hey hey goodbye" to Vince

"You screwed Bret" to Vince

"Stacy Stacy, would you be my girl?" to Stacy Keibler

 

I want a sequel, and I know it would be good.

Well, they did chant "You Screwed Bret", even though Vince wasn't there. Also, during the Lumberjack match, they were chanting "Big Show Sucks".

I am still hoping a city sometime soon has fans smart enough to just start chanting "booooooring" as soon as Triple H's entrance is done and he is about to talk on the mic. Just keep it going and LOUD all throughout his mic time. That would rule. The Randy Orton chant was funny because the crowd did it before he tried to get heel on them. Then after he did the heelish promo, it just kicked in more.

I missed most of RAW except for the ME...

 

It was really cool to see the whole section behind Big Show concentrating intently on the ME by chanting "BIG SHOW SUCKS!!!" Classic.

 

I thought if any city would chant booooooring during HHH's entrance it would be Montreal. Oh well, there's always another day, another crowd...

Personally I found the "TWOOO!!" chants to be really fucking annoying. I did enjoy the chanting at Randy Orton (he got the cheapest heel heat ever), and the "What?"s during Kane's promo. Normally I hate "What?" chants, but in this case it was funny because of the seriousness of Kane's promo, and the fact that it made him stumble over his words.

That's not really a 'weird' chant. It's basically a Montreal institution, sung at Canadiens (and sometimes, Alouettes) games when the home team is winning towards the end of the game.

It was an evil, mean teaser showing Bret's silhouette walking into the light while his music played, only to reveal it was an advert for the WW_ Anthology CD set.

I think it was more like "this show sucks" than "big show sucks". They did play that Anthology ad in the arena too. It triggered another "We Want Bret" chant"
