Guest papacita Report post Posted October 17, 2002 Stephanie, Shane, Trish rey, and anyone else who has "hip" hip hop/rap music really gets on my nerves. I agree with that. I love hip hop, but half the stuff they come up with is horrible. As for my favorite themes...Booker T, Hurricane's, HHH's is good, Edge's has grown on me, RVD's and Angle's. Guest notJames Report post Posted October 17, 2002 Out of the current ones, Medal is the best. It's catchy, lends well to the "You Suck" chants, and is easily identifiable with Angle. Close seconds are Booker T's (even with the "CYDI,S?" at the beginning) and Lesnar's (the squealing guitar at the beginning is reminiscent of Bret Hart's revamped theme.) Even though I sorta like some of OLP's earlier stuff, I like Benoit's old theme much better. I also like Jericho's old one (without the VWWWOOOMMM thingy replacing the pregnant pause before the pyro goes off). Take away the "WOOOO!" at the beginning, and Also Spract Zarathrusa is a perennial favourite. It's so demeaning to the fans when you have to be so obvious that it's Flair's theme. It would be like sticking "Ooooh yeah, DIG IT!" to the beginning of Pomp and Circumstance. I'd go bonkers if they'd axe Tajiri's lame entrance music and use TAKA's instead. And they should definitely put the kibbosh on most of the rapping themes that don't fit the characters (Steph, Trish, Shane-O-Mac). Rey's is decent for what it is.
