They're a group which tends to run around Vancouver, and sometimes dips down into the US Northwest. They've got some good guys working there regularly, like Christopher Daniels, Tony Kozina, Darkness Dragon, etc.

I don't think that Daniels'll be at the show you're going to, since he's got a buttload of Japanese committments (like it seems to be with all of the Ring Of Honor guys anymore). But, Tony Kozina is a pretty swank worker, definately worth going out of your way to see. I heard about some sort of match him and American Dragon had a while back that was pretty damn awesome.

ECCW is a NWA offshoot promotion based in the Northwest Canada and US.

I meant to go when they were in Bellingham one night. If they ever are back again I will have to drive up.

Hey, I went and saw the show last night. No real indie stars were on the card but there were some decent workers. The Raine Brothers were a decent crusier combo and Ladies Choice was entertaining.

Of course the best part was the free beer, loud crowd particapation, and the fact that during every suplex the wrestler's feet went through the roof.

Free Beer! Thats reason enough for me. :)

They have been to my home town so that is kind of sad but they do get some big names occasionally. I have seen Steve Corino, Tommy Dreamer, Sabu, Honky Tonk Man, American Dragon, and Jim Neidhart all compete at different times for them.
