Guest cobainwasmurdered Posted October 17, 2002 Report Posted October 17, 2002 they are coming to my town and I was wondering if they're worth going to?
Guest J*ingus Posted October 17, 2002 Report Posted October 17, 2002 They're a group which tends to run around Vancouver, and sometimes dips down into the US Northwest. They've got some good guys working there regularly, like Christopher Daniels, Tony Kozina, Darkness Dragon, etc.
Guest Phoenix Fury Legdrop Posted October 17, 2002 Report Posted October 17, 2002 I don't think that Daniels'll be at the show you're going to, since he's got a buttload of Japanese committments (like it seems to be with all of the Ring Of Honor guys anymore). But, Tony Kozina is a pretty swank worker, definately worth going out of your way to see. I heard about some sort of match him and American Dragon had a while back that was pretty damn awesome.
Guest Trivia247 Posted October 17, 2002 Report Posted October 17, 2002 ECCW is a NWA offshoot promotion based in the Northwest Canada and US. People like Daniels and Sabu and others Passed through there..in the 80's alot of Old school wrestlers that we know went through there for stints.. I got a friend who wrestlers there called White Tiger.
Guest cobainwasmurdered Posted October 18, 2002 Report Posted October 18, 2002 awesome. I'll be going for sure. Thanks guys.
Guest MrRant Posted October 19, 2002 Report Posted October 19, 2002 I meant to go when they were in Bellingham one night. If they ever are back again I will have to drive up.
Guest cobainwasmurdered Posted October 26, 2002 Report Posted October 26, 2002 Hey, I went and saw the show last night. No real indie stars were on the card but there were some decent workers. The Raine Brothers were a decent crusier combo and Ladies Choice was entertaining. Of course the best part was the free beer, loud crowd particapation, and the fact that during every suplex the wrestler's feet went through the roof.

Guest dreamer420 Posted November 1, 2002 Report Posted November 1, 2002 They have been to my home town so that is kind of sad but they do get some big names occasionally. I have seen Steve Corino, Tommy Dreamer, Sabu, Honky Tonk Man, American Dragon, and Jim Neidhart all compete at different times for them.
