When SmackDown! kicks off this Thursday night at 8/7 CT on UPN, No Mercy will be just three days away!

 

The road to No Mercy continues as the WWE Tag Team Championship Tournament rages on. The semi-finals will be held Thursday night as Ron Simmons and D-Von go up against Edge and Rey Mysterio. Also, Chris Benoit and Kurt Angle team up to battle with Eddie and Chavo Guerrero. Only two teams can make it to No Mercy and the finals of the tournament. Which two teams will it be? Jamie Noble and Nidia were actually thrown out of the building last week when they couldn't stop arguing. This week, they'll settle their differences in the ring in the first-ever Boyfriend vs. Girlfriend Match!

 

The Dawn Marie-Torrie Wilson rivarly will continue to heat up in a mixed tag team match pitting Dawn Marie and Matt Hardy against Torrie and Rikishi!

 

Plus, Chuck Palumbo will go one on one with WWE Champion Brock Lesnar!

I'm pumped for the tag matches, but a Boyfriend Vs Girlfriend match? WTF? Anyway, I can't wait for the casting special. They are always perversely entertaining. Only 2 and a 1/2 more hours to go....

Tough Enough 2 was a fucking travesty. Jackie Gayda is an untalented bitch with bitter beer face, and Linda is an uninteresting Amazon. I really hope they don't fuck it up this time.

Granted, but who didn't suck on TE2? Jake? Most inside sources say he was worse in the ring than Jackie Gayda. Kenny was unstable out of the ring and couldn't really be trusted on the road. On the other hand, TE1 had a lot of bright young talent. You never really know how it's going to be because there is a different group each year.

I liked that Brock/Chuck match. The 2 Jungle Kicks was a nice spot, as was the Chuck reversal in the Tree of Woe (Heyman: "Is that legal?")
