Guest HartFan86 Report post Posted October 18, 2002 This seriously is a thing of gold. If you missed it on SD, you have to find it somewhere. It's the most original and innovative entrance I've ever seen and it's gunna get Matt over super huge as a heel. BTW, the WWE needs to do something with him...like seriously. He supposely rocked the house with Benoit Monday Night in London at the SD house show and he's probably more over in his carrer then he has ever been. The WWE needs to seriously push him more. Mattitude is going to be over as a monster heel if the right things are done.

Guest Redhawk Report post Posted October 18, 2002 What did his entrance look like? I forgot to set my VCR to record SD, and now I'm stuck at work. I used to believe Jeff would be the breakout star of the Hardys, but since their failed Vengeance feud, Matt is showing to clearly be the more talented/charismatic brother. I think Matt could be a main event heel in the same way Jericho was from late 2001 to now, never winning cleanly and just annoying the crap out of everyone with his attitude. He can be the heel Christian was supposed to be.

Guest the pinjockey Report post Posted October 18, 2002 It was a wwe search page with ID Matt Hardy Password Version 1 Then they have a loading bar, then a windows media player type screen with him in the screen and a picture of him and a tidbit in the side bar. This week the tidbit was "Beat the UT two straight times". I am sure that will change with a new win.
LaParkaYourCar 0 Report post Posted October 18, 2002 Have you been to the website? It lists his favorite movies and stuff. "Fav. movies: Powder, Heathers, The Crow, Spider Man" hmm The Crow.....cool.

Guest areacode212 Report post Posted October 18, 2002 So did The Crow, IMO, but the fact that he listed Heathers makes up for it.
Guest TheHulkster Report post Posted October 18, 2002 "What is Mattitude? Utilizing the belief system and work ethic (Mattributes) of THE Matt Hardy to create a better life for yourself by fulfilling your goals and dreams. Mattitude is a quality that can help anyone -- regardless of background or past -- to achieve success. You just have to make it a lifestyle, a mindset, a religion. Mattitude, is something that can not be taught or learned. Mattitude is something that burns within. Guest notJames Report post Posted October 18, 2002 If the same thought, creativity, and ingenuity that produced the Matt Hardy entrance video could be harnessed for even one segment on RAW, there would never ever be a ratings problem. The video was that good... I daresay it was that damn good... Jeff Hardy is now officially Marty Jannetty.

Guest RickyChosyu Report post Posted October 18, 2002 They should just put Matt with Lesnar and Heyman so he can get into the "Stevey" type role that's just begging for him. I can't believe that they didn't turn the Hardyz heel in 2001 when they were getting stale.
Guest BA_Baracus Report post Posted October 18, 2002 Well...I didn't think it was quite as fabulous as you all seem to think, but it was a pretty cool idea. Matt Hardy's entrance was already pretty good (I like his entrance music), so the new website thing was just the icing on the cake.
Guest LaParkaMarka Report post Posted October 18, 2002 I marked the fuck out for that entrance video of Matt's. Pure gold. This really seems to show that WWE does want to push him though...he has his own site, an innovative new entrance, and if he does go over Rikishi he could be considered upper mid card. Quite the step up from the pseudo-jobber status he used to have. It's weird how they're pushing a lot of the younger guys as heels now. Orton on Raw, Cena and Mattitude Version 1.0 on Smackdown. Though it really seems like Cena is stuck somewhere below mid card. Anyways, Mattitude rules. GO MATT~!
Guest chirs3 Report post Posted October 18, 2002 I was actually wondering if they were gonna do that kind of thing for Matt Hardy, Version 2, whenever he gets around to being Version 2. Loading bar, name/password sort of thing... But I sure as hell wasn't expecting it tonight. And that "Has beaten the Undertaker two times straight" underneath his profile was great. Guest CED Ordonez Report post Posted October 18, 2002 The faux streaming video effect was a really nice touch, right down to the slight graininess and stuttering video. Number of rewinds: 5. Truly one of the biggest moments in the history of our great sport.
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Report post Posted October 18, 2002 When I saw the address to the site when I watched smackdown, I couldnt get a page to load, so I went to Mattitude.com and its completely unrelated. I guess they fixed wwemattitude.com sometime before Smackdown aired normal..
Guest Kinetic Report post Posted October 18, 2002 I cracked up over "Mattributes" in that definition. This is truly a thing of beauty. Fuck Orton, Matt Hardy is the new Rock.

Guest evilhomer Report post Posted October 18, 2002 Did you just see Matt actually all horny for the Torrie Stink Face, closing his eyes, and getting the Rikishi Stinkface? GOLD, people....GOLD. Reminded me of when Noble begged to get a Torrie Bronco Buster. That was a great segment. You knew what was going to happen, but the execution worked perfectly. I just hope the "beaten Undertaker 2 straight times" is removed quickly. A squash fued with Taker would completely kill Mattitude before it even gets off the ground. Guest oldschoolwrestling Report post Posted October 18, 2002 Matt friggin rules right now. Did you see when he rolled the girls over for the pinfall? He put his hand on some ass to role them over. We know which brother is definately the straight one!!!
Guest RenegadeX28 Report post Posted October 18, 2002 Matt is one of my favorite heels, EVER! I thought they couldn't get any better than this! I was like..."what the hell...," when his entrance came up. I love it.
LooseCannon25 0 Report post Posted October 18, 2002 I've always thought Matt was a better worker than Jeff......but, now since the split and this mattitude stuff, he now blows Jeff out of the water when you compare them as talents and personality. Matt, is improving on the mic, using a fresh new gimmick and good in the ring. Jeff has the same old stale Xtreme crap from the past 3 years and sucks on the mic, and is just lazy and sloppy in the ring. Hopefully, with the AWESOME new entrance for him and allowing him to cut promos WWE sees a lot in him and will continue to push him....Jeff should search for a new career
