What you said about MTV and other shows rotating their 'commercial' rap is true...hence thats why I dont watch them stupid ass shows.

 

But I give credit where credit is due, Eminem has struggle to come up, went through the underground systems (I got some of his shit) and he made it big.

 

I for one listen to underground rap, although it's not from college radio, I listen to DJ tapes, DJ's that is not known or is still known. I also listen to my people's music...and I see the stars in their eyes as they have mike dreams.

 

I may have misunderstood what you were trying to say...I just take my kind of music very seriously, because this is what I was bought up with. Well, that's all I have to say.
