Ah alright. I got my banner to flash by using Paintshop Pro 7's Animation shop and making the banners into a gif. All I did was just use the animation wizard in the program, and set the delay for 5 seconds. If you want me to make you one, just send me some pics you want to flash, and how long you want the delay between any pictures, and I'll make you one.
