I liked Jericho and Christian's confrontation with Trish. I like how Christian mocked Trish for barking like a dog. I also liked Lance's new tights. Actually that's all I liked. Actually that's all I liked. Man, Raw kind of sucked tonight! You pretty much summed up the highpoints of RAW. The 6 person tag match was alright and Booker T/Goldust skit was alright. The Snow/Nowinski storyline might be okay if I was given a reason to care about either wrestler. Rosey & Jamal got squashed and Big Show is off RAW. I guess those are positive things for RAW. Guest Downhome Report post Posted October 22, 2002 I loved the sad, sad, humor that was RAW. The show from top to bottm was a pure joke, period. I can't believe that I just watched what I watched. I guess I can think of one good thing I liked... ...tonight we saw the lowest of the low, and it can't possibly get any worse, can it? (I obviously loved the Jericho/Christian segment, they are just awesome together. Damnit, put them on SD and let them go with Angle/Benoit, geesh.) The HBK thing also got me pumped, but sue me, I'm a HBK mark through and through. Oh yeah, one more thing... ...I like that there is a chance that TNN will get pissy with WWE once again like they did after HLA. Really, I wish with all my being they would either pull the plug, issue some sort of punnishment, or just warn WWE to never let anything like that ever happen again. Call me crazy, but I'd love for them to stick it to Vince, because maybe, MAYBE then, it would finally make him stop and think, you know, for at least a second. Although the "TAPE" segment was too over the top and too long for my tasting. It should have ended when he climbed in. But I was laughing hard. Sort of like a guilty laugh. It actually crossed a line in it's badness...I wasn't just bored, I wasn't just not entertained, I was actually pissed off it was so horrible. The necrophelia segment was revolting. What next...are they going to have a live rape scene then have Lawler telling shitty jokes for the rest of the show like it was hilarious or something? Maybe HHH could fuck a goat. That would be great. God...what garbage. And to top it all off, they've just made the only decent wrestling show on TV now (Smackdown) just a little bit worse by sending the fucking Big Show over there. Araragh! Guest godthedog Report post Posted October 22, 2002 my roommate & i got a huge kick out of watching the last third of raw; i was watching a movie for the first 2/3, & only started watching the show when i heard my roommate laughing in the other room at the necrophilia segment (which i didn't catch). it was glorious on a 'showgirls'-type level. possibly the worst raw ever, but...man was it fun to watch. i should've had a drinking game going during the main event & taken a sip whenever: ric flair fucked up a bump ric flair was noticeably sucking wind ric flair made a sloppy offensive movie rob van dam whiffed on a strike i would've been FUCKED UP at the end of those twelve minutes. and it was the good kind of bad wrestling, not the bad kind of bad wrestling. no rest holds or boring segments, just blown move after blown move in rapid succession. during the last segment with the car, while we were still laughing at the creepy kane comment, my roommate said "you know what would be funny, if triple h was banging on the trunk and it popped open..." lo and behold, 2 seconds later we see the trunk on camera and it's popped open. and then triple h SHUTS IT while on camera. stuff this funny cannot be planned. fuck 'friends', this is the comedy of the future.
