If you're a fan of San Fran then how does it make you feel that your head coach tried to ditch your team and try his luck with the head coaching spot in Tampa last year? Just trying to gauge for opinion. As a fellow Raiders fan, at least Gruden left the Raiders before his problems with Davis came to ahead and affected his coaching duties and moved onto to somewhere else.

I can't really argue with people who say that Big Al is a jackass. He is a very confrontational person and is very shrewd when it comes to business. But I guess that is why the Raiders franchise is one of the most successful football teams of all time. You have to break some eggs if you are going to make an omelet. Al has broken plenty of eggs over the years and most of the omelets he has served up have been delicious.
