Stupidest question ever

What do you need to play a .mov file? I have Media Player which plays .avi and .mpeg, so I'm assuming it's Quicktime, but I know computers about as well as the peaks of Mount Everest.

Its only use to me is that all Enhanced CDs use that format.

That wasn't the stupidest question ever. At least you didn't ask if you could burn CD's with a normal CD-ROM drive.
