Besides the 1 million reasons, could someone tell me why this guy gets such a bad rap, seriously? He seems like an alright guy to me. He made me this kick ass banner and doesn't even know me. I have only been here for a couple of weeks now, but i can't figure out why is so disliked.

It's just that the trendy posters have realized that the fad is over. Lesser posters will continue to try to curry favor and look cool by bashing DJ Jeff though. That's the way it always is. If he ever busts out with another "how come did," he'll be fair game of course. It's just not fashionable to go out of your way to flame him anymore though.

As if the "reasons" someone is mocked on an internet nessage board will likely be vaild, meaningful, and deep. Yes, he's an easy target, but he did draw the ire of numerous people early in his tenure here. IIRC, he basically whored his way to 1000+ posts in the first month, "stalked" a girl in General Chat, had a sig full of too many large, pedestrian banners, and volunteered his services as a moderator after about a month. The thing is, everyone has become so used to taking him to task, that he's going to draw some kind of fire no matter what he says. I think Kinetic is right: the Jeff-bashing is past its sell-by date, but you know there are people who love drinking day-old milk.
