Actually if Austin ever returns Vince's Interest in the WWE will return, he'll take the reins from HHH and Focus the Main Event stage on Austin again. the Austin McMahon Feud may have been long, but at least it served a purpose...Even with Austin as the Main Eventer title Holder...he was made to look like the Underdog. Because even individuals who've testified against the corporation have returned. Wrestlers (and performers in general) seem to have a need get acceptance from a live audience; it's only a matter of time before Austin needs his fix. Considering he's locked into a contract with the WWE for the foreseeable future, it's a safe bet that that's where he'll return.

Well then, we can go with the real reason. The real reason was Austin wasn't getting a fair cut for being a company man the last year. He worked harder then hell to get back, and even harder to get into shape. He went along with his heel turn. He turned in a big gate last Mania. He carried the company through injuries. But yet when Triple H comes back, he gets shoved aside, jobbed twice to set up his main event, and then gets shoved into a match with an alcoholic who could have easily ended his career by screwing up on his already messed up neck. Plus Hall got drunlk the night before Mania. Through all the failed programs; the Brother's of destruction push, the Benoit/Jericho push, the Angle face turn, he worked them all, put Benoit and Angle over in the wrestling sense of it, and was given back the title as the fail-safe when they panicked on the Angle push. When Rock and Triple H came back, they got into higher profile matches at the biggest show of the year.

they built up HHH's return as a triumphant Victory towards Adversity. itsss a Beautifulll DAY... What Rhyno isnt Heroic trying to deal with a Broken neck for a year? Or Bob Holly who is now out for a year with a Slip disc?

 

When Austin left during that Car crap, HHH took center stage again, this would be his 2nd stint at the top. and thats where he Stayed for about a Year Solid. Since then HHH took on all comers basically, Jericho, Angle, Benoit, the Rock, The titles change hands angles grew and fell. At least then HHH was wrestling Decently and it didn't look like he was jerking anyone's chains... this 3rd stint as his "RETURN" I think up too the point of his heel turn where things went back downhill. by that time Austin left and was phased out putting HHH in the driver seat.

 

If Austin came back, Vince will probably be happy to reposition Austin in his original spot for business sake, with a little punishment for a while. Will be HHH's worst nightmare, outside of Steph breaking with him making him just a wrestler again.

Part of the problem here is everyone thinks HHH has more power than Vince AND HE DOESN'T!

 

For the love of all things holy, Vince is the one who has created the shithole you guys watch every Monday night. All HHH can do is get in Vince's ear about things pertaining to his program. Vince is the one accountable for necrophilia and the constant HHH push. Yes, HHH isn't necessarily going against the push, but oh well. It's sickening to hear day in and day out how every wrong in the WWE is attributed to HHH and each day a smark putting HHH on a cross to die while Vince is back there telling the writers what he wants (necrophilia, soap opera, drama).

If Austin came back, most likely he would be exiled to Smackdown or HHH would be forced to pull a behind the scenes power play and move to Smackdown where he will scorch earth that show and all of it's roster...

Think about it, there is one BIG match that WWE did not take advantage of when Austin was last with the company.

I doubt we'll ever see Austin/Hogan, but it would be absolutely huge, if Hogan stays away for a long period of time.

 

I doubt HHH would want Austin on the same show as him when it happens (that is if the split is still in effect). Austin would be the top star on the OTHER show, but I think HHH would still be able to do whatever he wanted, just not on the same dhow as Austin, so Austin mkaes Smackdown better, but Raw still sucks. Problem still arises.

 

Thing is, what goes around comes around. HHH and Stephanie will break up and HHH will lose his power. He is hurting the company, but he can't kill it. His clock is ticking, and when Rock and Austin are both back, you can say goodbye to all this bullshit and WWE will have a much better outlook. It is only a matter of time, if you ask me.
