Guest razazteca Posted November 2, 2002 Report Posted November 2, 2002 its on right now, wow Andre was reject by the French Army for being too big.
Guest Danny Posted November 2, 2002 Report Posted November 2, 2002 Yeah I've watch that biography many times before and its very interesting.
Guest WrestlingDeacon Posted November 2, 2002 Report Posted November 2, 2002 the best is how Andre can drink a keg of beer and be your designated driver, but than again who is going to pull over Andre the Giant.
Guest razazteca Posted November 2, 2002 Report Posted November 2, 2002 I wonder how great Andre was back in the 70s? That Iron Sheik vs Andre clip they had looked good. Wow Andre was working over the Arm!!!!!
Guest Midnight Express83 Posted November 3, 2002 Report Posted November 3, 2002 Andre was a decent wrestler until he got fat. And Andre was easily over 500 pounds, so he can drink a 24 case and still not be buzz.
Your Paragon of Virtue Posted November 3, 2002 Report Posted November 3, 2002 Even though he sucked, I still can't think of how you can *not* love the guy. In fact, I don't know many people that don't love him...
Guest MillenniumMan831 Posted November 4, 2002 Report Posted November 4, 2002 Andre seemed really genuine on camera. In that, you can easily sense if he was having a good time, if he was pissed, tired, ect.
Guest bob_barron Posted November 4, 2002 Report Posted November 4, 2002 I always enjoyed watching face Andre because he looked like he was having so much fun out there
Guest ShooterJay Posted November 4, 2002 Report Posted November 4, 2002 Having not seen Andre except the matches from WM3 on (the tail end of his career) I fail to understand why so many people love him and hate the Big Show. The skill level is roughly the same. That said, I'm gonna try and track down some earlier Andre stuff.
Guest T®ITEC Posted November 5, 2002 Report Posted November 5, 2002 I think it has more to do with Andre's charisma than talent. Plus, Andre was around in a different era of wrestling. The giant man just isn't the same these days.
Guest Choken One Posted November 5, 2002 Report Posted November 5, 2002 If the show was around in 80's I just might say he would be as big as a star as Andre...because Show is more expressive and clearer.
Guest dreamer420 Posted November 5, 2002 Report Posted November 5, 2002 The Big Show is easily 10 times the wrestler Andre ever was but since Andre came up in a different time and was undefeted for so many years he was loved.
