Guest MarvinisaLunatic Posted November 10, 2002 Report Posted November 10, 2002 TOUCHDOWN REDSKINS! The Saints are driving..ugh..but they need a Touchdown..I don't think they can get it..
Guest Leena Posted November 10, 2002 Report Posted November 10, 2002 Atlanta is driving to tie it up with Pittsburgh... ugh, I turned it off thinking it was over.
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Posted November 10, 2002 Report Posted November 10, 2002 CRAP. Maybe the Panthers can drive quickly and tie it up with a quick FG...I doubt it..
Guest Kahran Ramsus Posted November 10, 2002 Report Posted November 10, 2002 Steelers & Falcons are going to OT.
Guest Leena Posted November 10, 2002 Report Posted November 10, 2002 Damnit... Giants win, and Steelers blow a big lead.
Guest goodolemr Posted November 10, 2002 Report Posted November 10, 2002 Saints win 34-24... HA HA HA!
Guest Kahran Ramsus Posted November 10, 2002 Report Posted November 10, 2002 Falcons block a 48 YRD FG in OT.
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Posted November 10, 2002 Report Posted November 10, 2002 Saints win 34-24... HA HA HA! Blah, it was more of a game than most people had it.
Guest Kahran Ramsus Posted November 10, 2002 Report Posted November 10, 2002 The Pack crush Detroit 40-14.
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Posted November 10, 2002 Report Posted November 10, 2002 What happens with a tie? We're 4 minutes from one in Pittsburgh..
Guest Leena Posted November 10, 2002 Report Posted November 10, 2002 It should count as an NHL overtime loss... POINTS FOR ALL!
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Posted November 10, 2002 Report Posted November 10, 2002 Hmm... FG was blocked.. Tie Game
Guest Kahran Ramsus Posted November 10, 2002 Report Posted November 10, 2002 A tie isn't that important in football. As far as final records go, for example a 11-4 season beats 10-5-1 which beats 10-6. So yes, it amounts to half a point. BTW, it did end in a tie.
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Posted November 10, 2002 Report Posted November 10, 2002 First tie in 5 years. Last tie : Redskins and Giants 7 -7 ... So thats off the Redskins now...whoo..
Guest Leena Posted November 10, 2002 Report Posted November 10, 2002 Shit... Steelers came close there...
Guest cartman Posted November 10, 2002 Report Posted November 10, 2002 so for these picks is it gonna go as a half point?(half win?)
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Posted November 10, 2002 Report Posted November 10, 2002 All I know is if you bet on a game that ends in a tie in Los Vegas, its a push and the game doesn't count period...so I vote for it not to count.. No one correctly predicted the outcome of the game, therefore no one should get any points for it.
Guest Kingpk Posted November 10, 2002 Report Posted November 10, 2002 Looks like we won't be seeing any long passes in the Pats-Bears game now, with the Brady Bomb and Jim Miller in there (how many times is Chandler going to get his bell rung before he says "enough"?)
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Posted November 10, 2002 Report Posted November 10, 2002 Seattle is knocking Arizona around. I suppose I don't mind since that pretty much all but eliminates Arizona from the Playoffs considering the rest of their schedule if they lose..
Guest Leena Posted November 10, 2002 Report Posted November 10, 2002 I agree that the game should be counted as losses for everyone... but it doesn't really matter since it shouldn't affect bonuses anyway. I thought Miller was supposed to be out for the year?
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Posted November 10, 2002 Report Posted November 10, 2002 Someone should tell Steve Spurrier that he should call more run plays. 9 run 21 pass in the first half, and they are loosing 10-7. BAH.
Guest Will Scarlet Posted November 10, 2002 Report Posted November 10, 2002 I agree that it should count as zero. A half point is meaningless anyway. I enjoyed that game, unfortunately, I am now stuck watching Patriots-Bears. BOOOOORING!
Guest Kahran Ramsus Posted November 10, 2002 Report Posted November 10, 2002 Spurrier apparently didn't learn anything from Mike Martz doing the same thing.
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Posted November 10, 2002 Report Posted November 10, 2002 The lowly Bears are beating the Patsies 13-7..
Guest Will Scarlet Posted November 10, 2002 Report Posted November 10, 2002 I am glad I had the foresight to pick a Bears victory. I am not glad I went temporarily insane and picked the Lions however.
Guest bravesfan Posted November 10, 2002 Report Posted November 10, 2002 It's a loss for everyone. As Marvin said, no one correctly predicted that outcome, so everyone loses.
