Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted November 6, 2002 Jackie Gayda is one of the people for later in the week. The producer called into WOL last week and said she was a complete and utter stuck up bitch.
Guest bob_barron Report post Posted November 6, 2002 Whatever happened to the guy Jackie was dating on TE?? Yet another storyline unresolved by the WWE. I hope they didn't set Kane up on a date
Guest areacode212 Report post Posted November 6, 2002 Complete & utter stuck up bitch = great episode of Blind Date. I may have to start watching this again.
Guest Slapnuts00 Report post Posted November 6, 2002 So is this how the tough enough kids pay their dues, going on Blind Dates? I guess Maven and Linda are the other 2 following the pattern.
Guest subliminal_animal Report post Posted November 6, 2002 Jackie Gayda is one of the people for later in the week. The producer called into WOL last week and said she was a complete and utter stuck up bitch. What else did he say? You know where I could hear the show? Man, I hope at least Nowinski stays in character. Either way, this should be awesome.

Guest Brian Report post Posted November 6, 2002 Nidia in character with Knoble in the background pimping her, than they get into these public fights and make-up. Oh the fun.
Guest subliminal_animal Report post Posted November 6, 2002 Are they in character? How do they Explain Nidia? They won't be in character. That would be fun to see, but with wrestling openly acknowledged as fixed and not a legitimate sport, I can't possibly see that happening.
Guest Spaceman Spiff Report post Posted November 6, 2002 Nidia in character with Knoble in the background pimping her, than they get into these public fights and make-up. Oh the fun. That could quite possibly be the greatest thing ever.
Guest areacode212 Report post Posted November 6, 2002 They don't just have the show archived and available for download? They did back in the eYada days, but times have changed. It's possible that some fans post them on a newsgroup somewhere.
Guest TheArchiteck Report post Posted November 6, 2002 Boooooo only TE ppl? Thats no fun.
Guest franchise632 Report post Posted November 6, 2002 I guess Maven and Linda are the other 2 following the pattern. Actually you got 1 out of 2 on this one. Maven is one of the others that was sent to do BD, and actually his date was said to have really liked him. The other person is said to be Hurricane Helms. I got both of these names from the Observer. Actually these are the only two names that Dave had listed.
Guest subliminal_animal Report post Posted November 6, 2002 Well, Maven is charming and a racially mixed, so that's no surprise. Those guy have it so good.
Guest Kotzenjunge Report post Posted November 6, 2002 Ah, my favorite program gets even better. Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Chunk 0 Report post Posted November 6, 2002 Sounds like quality entertainment. If only it had been in character. BD has just be re-launched in the UK. I believe you now get the chance to ditch your date after you've seen them. Could you imagine someone seeing Jackie Gayda and saying "WHAT! Youve got to be kidding me! DITCH! DITCH! DITCH! DITCH!" That would be harsh, but funny ChUnK!
Guest Annoyed Grunt Report post Posted November 6, 2002 They don't just have the show archived and available for download? They did back in the eYada days, but times have changed. It's possible that some fans post them on a newsgroup somewhere. Go to http://www.observerlivechat.com/. From there follow the link to a stream where they play old WOL episodes all the time. They replay the Sunday shows all day on Monday.

Guest CanadianChris Report post Posted November 6, 2002 I'd love it if they could get HHH to do it, just to see who they could dig up for him.
Guest TheHulkster Report post Posted November 7, 2002 Have to set the VCR for this one. Blind Date is one of my favorite shows too. I can't wait for it. Rodger Lodge's sometimes funny one liners and dates that go totally wrong make life a little easier after a hard day.
Guest Ram Report post Posted November 7, 2002 I'd like to see Hogan and Warrior do the show. That'd be quality entertainment.
Guest Zero_Cool Report post Posted November 7, 2002 An in character Warrior driving = ratings! It would be funny if Jeff Hardy was another one of the guys picked to do Blind Date. But the question is, would he wear his grease-paint when they go to the black light infested night club?
Guest TheHulkster Report post Posted November 7, 2002 Random Blonde Girl: "Hey, you're kinda cute, what hobbies do you like to do?" Jeff: "I like to paint myself" Random Blonde Girl: "So, what was your family life like?" Jeff: "Don't touch me!" (5 minutes of silence go by.....) Jeff: "I wrote you a poem...." I'd pay to see it

Guest DerangedHermit Report post Posted November 7, 2002 Monday (Nov. 11th) - Christopher Nowinski I'd mark to see him berate his date because she didn't go to Harvard. Tuesday (Nov. 12th) - Nidia This would rule only if Jamie Knoble kept yelling at her date. Wednesday (Nov. 13th) - Jackie Gayda She'll miss trying to kiss him. Friday (Nov. 15th) - Maven W00T! Dropkicks and unibrows for everyone! They seriously needed Jeff Hardy, Bradshaw (homo Blind Date), Stone Cold (What? :smack: What? :smack: -----I am so going to Hell for that one.), Vince McMahon, Steph, HHH, Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman.
