LaParkaYourCar Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 I've had HHH's best friends in the business flat out tell me he was out to screw Jericho from day one (some of the same people who would publicly say the opposite) because he didn't want anyone else with long blond hair getting over. Now we all know Meltzer is one of the few writers you can pretty much trust. This is quite a good piece of evidence in favor of the HHHaters. Meltzer talks to a lot of wrestlers cause he's so well known and respected in the business. So I don't doubt he's talked to friends of HHH.
Guest razazteca Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 so that explains the TESTicle hair cut and the break up of the Un Americans
Guest franchise632 Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 Well I am just getting in to this weeks issue of the observer. it i see it in there i will confirm it for you guys. I haven't read any of that in the last six issues, and Dave hasn't posted anything like that on his site.
Guest Downhome Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 IF that has even the slightest bit of truth to it, then HHH should be eliminated ASAP. Seriously, there is no room in the WWE, especially at this time, for anyone acting like that, ESPECIALLY if it's over something so pathatic.
Guest Nater Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 What about Edge? He's getting over.. slowly but surely. House show title matches with Brock..
Guest Human Fly Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 What's HHH going to do if he goes bald?
Guest Downhome Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 What about Edge? He's getting over.. slowly but surely. House show title matches with Brock.. I suppose he is semi-safe, as he is on the other show.
Guest The Amazing Rando Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 well at least Rhyno will get a push...
Guest Trivia247 Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 the Elimination Chamber will be a Cage version of the "6pack Challenge" This is designed just to Show HHH as a Monster Main Eventer that can topple people like Kane, RVD, Booker T, Jericho and HBK Much like him Beating Kane, Rock, Mankind, British Bulldog, and the other Yahoo's that were there to be jobbed for the Might of HHH!
Guest razazteca Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 What's HHH going to do if he goes bald? return of the Skullet
Guest Zero_Cool Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 look out, Kurt!! What's next...Triple H holds down Steiner due to him having larger delts(sp?)? Meltzer is a respected journalist...this isn't 1bob.
Guest Human Fly Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 return of the Skullet Let-uh me tell you something Chris-uh Jericho DUDE-uh
Guest The Amazing Rando Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 HHH will never job to Male Pattern Baldness...it's beneath him...
Guest Respect The 'Taker Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 HHH will never job to Male Pattern Baldness...it's beneath him... Lol, oh it's funny because it's true... Honestly, at the rate 'ole Trippers is at, he's 33 years old and ALREADY going bald. Mind you, 5 years ago the guy had a hair full of thick blonde hair. So therefore, in another 5 years or so, the guy will be the very next Hulk Hogan. Oh well, at least Scott Keith Jr. will have his own little Hulk Helmsley to blame for all the shitty wrestling... Lord of Illusions
LaParkaYourCar Posted November 7, 2002 Author Report Posted November 7, 2002 I don't know if that Meltzer quote came from the Observer or an interview. I just ripped it off from The Underground Smarks where Loss4Words had quoted it.
Guest The Amazing Rando Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 JR: Jericho is really beating on Helmsley... King: Wait JR....Hulk Helmsley is ROIDING UP! ...finger wave, 3 punches, kick, pedigree, pin.... wait... doesn't this happen now??
Guest teke184 Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 That quote came from the Wrestling Classics board from the "David Meltzer" ID, and Meltz at least skims the board even if he doesn't usually post there (he said on WOL that he found out from there why Jerry Jarrett was ditching the show).
Guest razazteca Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 so let me get this straight its a quote from a message board that is a quote from another board which has a user name of a credible source. sounds like that old game of telephone to me.
Guest DJ Jeff Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 It's no secret that HHH and Jericho don't really like each other. It wouldn't surprise me if HHH was in fact holding Jericho down for that reason. Though, in reality, he's holding him down because he knows that Jericho is better than him, and he can't let anyone better than him steal his spotlight.
Guest snowfan Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 What's HHH going to do if he goes bald? make Austin wear a wig...
Guest FeArHaVoC Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 So maybe Triple H Hired X-Pac to cut Michael Hayes Hair? Triple H is a pre-Madonna pussy.
Guest Goodear Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 I've had HHH's best friends in the business flat out tell me he was out to screw Jericho from day one (some of the same people who would publicly say the opposite) because he didn't want anyone else with long blond hair getting over. Oh BULL. You honestly think that Triple H, even if he's out to get Jericho, is doing it because of his hair? HIS HAIR! Are you people all out of your minds? This is the most retarded thing I've seen since that Bradshaw thread. Please... you're all just being stupid now. Stick with DJ Jeff's reason, at least it makes an iota of sense.
Guest humongous2002 Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 I personally think that HGH can't stand Jericho from the get-go b/c Y2J was getting more pops that good ol' Hunter ever had, another reason would be that Y2J might've had some beef with Nash and Scotch in the ol' WCW, and you guys know that the Kliq always look out for each other.
Guest franchise632 Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 Actually if you knew how shallow Hunter really is you would know that he would be that pathetic as to be mad at someone for there hair. I have heard stories where he would take up to 30 mins to make sure that every hair was in the right place before going out and doing interviews in stuff back in the DX days. Not saying that the story is true, just that it isnt beneth him. I however can confirm that this is not something that came from the Observer this week either. Just wanted to follow up.
Guest cabbageboy Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 I wonder, does RVD count as having blond hair? Heh, his is more light brown I think, so maybe HHH won't have it in for him like he does for Jericho.
Guest areacode212 Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 I like Meltzer, and he usually seems to be on the level, but the blond hair thing sounds so ridiculous. It sounds like something Hall & Nash may have fed to Meltzer just to see if he would actually report it.
Guest TheZsaszHorsemen Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 So maybe Triple H Hired X-Pac to cut Michael Hayes Hair? Triple H is a pre-Madonna pussy. So HHH came about BEFORE the Era of Madonna. Sorry, couldn't resist.
Guest TheZsaszHorsemen Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 What about Edge? Read the thread.
Guest Leena Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 Bah, didn't see it in there. Still, it devalues this blond hair argument.
