Does anyone know of a way to connect an N64 into my PC and record the output from the N64 onto my PC as an mpeg or avi file?

Any help would be appreciated.

Buy a TV Tuner card and that would work if you are using an RF adapter... or buy a video card with A/V IN's on it.

You could also record what you want onto video tape, and then capture it from video tape.

I know that seems a little mor long winded, but some people have vcrs connected to their pc's. It also gives you the advantage that you can just capture the bit you want (i.e wind to it and press play) rather than capturing huge files whilst playing for an hour or to.

Ok, here's what ya do. You Take the metal parts off of the end of the RF cable that usually goes into the TV, and strip it so the wire is exposed. Stick the wire into the floppy disc slot. Here's where it gets tricky. Find a picture of Rorey Calhoun and set that as your wallpaper, and go to www.thisdoesntwork.com and download the thing that makes all this stuff work. It should be called thingthatmakesallthiswork.zip but I'm not quite sure, they might've changed it.

Your idea intrigues me, is there a subscription?
