Guest treble charged Report post Posted November 15, 2002 From the Live Appearances section of WWE.com Peterborough, Ontario Nov. 20 -- The BIG VALBOWSKI will be appearing from 4 to 5 p.m. at McDonalds, 645 Landsdown St. West in the Landsdown Place Mall. He'll be behind the counter serving customers, and $1 from every Big Mac goes to the Ronald McDonald House. I am SO there. Thank God I chose to go to university where I did, this makes it all worthwhile.
Guest Slapnuts00 Report post Posted November 15, 2002 hah, A Val Venis at Mcdonalds vignette in 99 would have been awesome. "Hellllooooo ladies. You know the Big Valbolski and Mcdonalds have a lot in common. We both like to combine our meat into your buns, we both feature a suprise at the end of our happy meals and we both have over one billion served..."

Guest treble charged Report post Posted November 15, 2002 I forgot this in the original post, but many thanks go to bob_barron for making this known to me, as otherwise, I would never have been able to mock Val Venis and his burger flipping prowess in person. Guest Your Olympic Hero Report post Posted November 15, 2002 He's a really nice guy. I sent him a sympathy letter when his mother passed away, and he responded with an autographed photo.
Guest treble charged Report post Posted November 15, 2002 I'm definitely using up a roll of film on this. I've got nothing against the guy, but a WWE wrestler working behind a McDonald's counter. CLASSIC.

CLASSIC. If Triple H was in this assignment, he'd start sleeping with the manager so he could be employee of the month, and hold down the other workers to french fry duty... Guest treble charged Report post Posted November 15, 2002 I could rip off a Mick Foley joke and bring an empty blank tape box and ask him to sign my 'Best of Val Venis' tape.
Guest LooseCannon Report post Posted November 15, 2002 I actually met Val Venis about 5 weeks ago at LaGuardia while waiting for a flight. He seemed like a nice guy, but not very much in the mood to talk to any fans, so I left him alone after saying hello and telling him that I was a fan. I'm not really a fan, but it seemed like the polite thing to do to say that I was.
Guest eirejmcmahon Report post Posted November 15, 2002 Jesus, imagine how shit the poor guy must've felt when they came to him with that. "Hey, Val, we've got something for ya....you're going to go work in McDonalds"
Guest buffybeast Report post Posted November 15, 2002 Jesus, imagine how shit the poor guy must've felt when they came to him with that. "Hey, Val, we've got something for ya....you're going to go work in McDonalds" I agree. This is a horrible assignment, even for charity. Imagine the kind of jokes Val will be subjected to after this gig. Just sad. And he is so talented.
Guest saturnmark4life Report post Posted November 15, 2002 Would you like a hot apple pie with that? THIEVING SON OF A BASTARD% heh, i'm surprised he got this gig over show. He spends like $30 every time he goes.

Guest starvenger Report post Posted November 15, 2002 First Mark Cuban, now Val? Good thing Mickey D's isn't unionized, otherwise it'd read like one giant rib on Mr. Morley. Actually, it reads like a rib as it is - since he's from the GTA, I could totally see his family coming by to take pix...
Guest FeArHaVoC Report post Posted November 15, 2002 Go Meet Val. He's cool as Hell. I met him & Test backstage at "No Mercy" 2000. They were both really Cool. Especially Val, who talked to me about Wrestling a little. Met Saturn too, he's a Bigger Prick then Buh Buh Dudley.

Guest kkktookmybabyaway Report post Posted November 15, 2002 LOL -- He'd be on the other side of the counter at Wendy's (although, if memory serves correct, didn't he work *still in on the robbery though * at that place while it was being robbed?)... Chunk 0 Report post Posted November 16, 2002 If Triple H was in this assignment, he'd start sleeping with the manager so he could be employee of the month, and hold down the other workers to french fry duty... Even trips would have trouble in holding down show. The manager would be like "i know we're an item but hes our biggest customer. ive got to pay the staff wages somehow". You can just imagine big show working at mcdonalds. The order for 4 hamburgers comes over and show is like "1 for you, one for me. 1 for you, one for me"
Guest The Czech Republic Report post Posted November 16, 2002 Triple H would be holding down a pimply-faced teen and an old lady...that Tripper, he'll do anything to stay on top, even if it's McDonald's.
Guest Ravenbomb Report post Posted November 17, 2002 yeah, then during breakfast while the guy was ordering a hash brown he'd cut a 20 minute promo about how Ronald isn't ready for the top spot and put his friend Hamburglar in it, despite Grimace being the more talented and the more over.
