Brian's a good guy, but I've never seen him use his mod powers--that isn't to say that he hasn't, but I've never witnessed it--and I can't remember the last time I've seen Tony. Why is this guy a mod?

Well, technically Admins are mods as well. AC and I are being held down in this competition.

 

Basically Admins have the ability to change the board as they see fit (kinda like Neo with the Matrix), which mods just help run it.

Regarding my request, I would've gone the much simpler route and asked to have my old incadenza changed to Incandenza, but it (incadenza) is stuck where I can't modify certain board settings; for instance, I'm stuck viewing sigs under the old account, and it won't let me change it.

The man's resume as an admin at the Smarts speaks for itself. He is one of the few guys that I have seen that has been able to keep it together as a ranked member of the Smarts administration and has put out many fires.

 

I apologize to the other mods/admins that I did not vote for but for me personally Tom stands out as someone that just knows the right answer for everything that comes up and how to handle it.

Try changing Incadenza's skin to Deep Indigo, then changing your settings.
