They need to do something to get people to start talking about raw again and this match could help. While hot shotting many times comes back to haunt you, you have to occasionaly have big things happen on your television shows or no one will watch them. The day after survivor series 1998 the WWF had Austin vs. Rocky for the title and the match was so good it made people look forward to the wrestlemania rematch.

Eh, that match wasn't really that good. It helpped that Rock ditched the puesdo-face turn he'd been doing for the last two months and that he joined up with Vince and Shane to screw Foley.
