It was interesting, and very odd seeing it on TV. It showed footage of him in the Courtroom, and being all "humbled" before the judge. He will be getting one year of probation, and pay a fine, and the big catch...

 

...he must have the Court's permisson to leave the county. Anyhow, it was a cool few minutes, just thought I'd bring it up.

But I'm saying if it looks like he's drinking beer, but it's some other substance (which it always has been rumored to being Sprite.)

 

Basically, I'm wondering if every can of "beer" he drinks, is that gunna have to be investaged by a cop?

 

Maybe if he comes back he can have a 1 year anniversary and drink beer on Raw for 2 hours.

I'm wondering if they just did it cause of his character on TV cause he sure as hell doesn't really look like a drunk...or a Texan for that matter. You guys remember him on Weakest Link? He dressed up really nice which totally takes away from his character. Same with that shirt he has on there.

Yes it's very possible for the courts to make someone stop drinking during their "sentence". If the court believes alcohol is a problem for you then you won't be allowed to drink it during the probation. I'm sure that they would test him for it during meetings with the probation officer in.

According to TV, Texans are supposed to look like this...

 

Poor Texans - Dirty, beer stained wife beater. Holes preferable. Dusty blue jeans with three to five holes and sagging just enough for a peek at a pale white ass. They usually live in shacks and drive a 1976 Ford or Chevy. A Dodge or junkyard convertable is also quite common.

 

Rich Texans - Dressed in some hideous mustard colored suits, with longhorn skeleton neck/bowtie accesorie with accompanying cowboy hat. Usually drives around in black or white limosuine with steerhead hood ornament. Live on huge ranches in "tha country."

If your on probation there are different types. Supervised is where you ckeck in once a month and piss in a cup for them. Then there is unsupervised. You only have to check in to let them know if you are moving, changing phone numbers, and to ask if you can leave the area in which you are restricted. Now, you aren't supposed to drink alcohol on either one. But they don't check for alcohol in your system. Only pot and booger sugar. But if there is a reason for them too, as pertaining to the case, then they will. But the case had nothing to do with his drinking. They never brought that he was drunk in the trial, just a few rumors on the net. If he is a drinker he will drink.

Has anyone ever seen that news report done about Austin where they interview his family. Basically they said they didn't know who that man on the TV was, beause it sure wasn't Steve Williams.

 

How come Austin never got arrested for stunning Chyna? Do you have to be married to them? I mean after all Debra did not file charges against Williams, the State of Texas did. Bah i'm being a moron, i should probably go now...
