Stephanie: As long as she is limited to 1 or 2(at the most) segments a night, then she is alright. Of course this assuming you mean only on-air stuff. Backstage is a whole other story, but it has already been discussed.

 

Shane: I will never understand the McMahon mindset that they need to show up their own workers. Shane is #1 with a Vince close 2nd in this department. I don't care if Shane "has balls" to jump from wherever or how high up. It is all shit because it hurts your own workers. Not to mention, the spot takes about a total of 10 minutes just to setup and for him to climb to the top of whatever.

 

Vince: Well he WAS the best on-air personality of the 3, but after the feud with Austin, he will be type-casted FOREVER with the marks. Even when he tries to be nice and good, no one wants to cheer him. The marks are too boner-fied and are just wanting to chant "asshole" He has the most presence out of the 3(4 counting Linda). However he had his run and it is done, so I think she should just stay away.

 

As far as their backstage stuff. I am not sure how much influence Shane has/wants/cares about as far as wrestling goes, but we know the 2-headed monster of Steph and Vince has produced a totally shitty product lately, and their ideas, (pushes for Albert, Big Show, etc....) does not make future look promising.

Shane's the least annoying.

 

First he can actually wrestle, second he doesn't seem to be an egomaniac glory hog in the same vein as Steph and Vince.

 

His character was annoying, but as an actual person, he seems the to be the least insane of the McMahons...
