The second part isn't hard to figure out, Face 2 suddenly gained enough strength to scare Heel A, same with Face 1/Heel B. But why is Heel A suddenly no longer afraid of Face 1?

Heel A is no longer afraid of Face 1 because he's already taken a beating from Face 1 and he wasn't so tough.

Seriously. By that logic, winning matches takes a back seat to pleasing fans. But this surely can't happen...in the Kayfabe Kingdom.

That's why heels dominate matches....they just care about winning. Faces have to do the comeback because it makes the fans happy, whether or not they win depends on how good they are.

HHH's Sledgehammer can kill you (at least it SHOULD, its a fuckin' sledgehammer!), but he doesn't wanna go to jail....so he'll just really hurt you with it. HHH doesn't want to take the chance of actually killing you by nailing you with the hammer part.

 

Hardcore matches: You can try to do that, but after the first shot in the nuts, the guy would be expecting it.

Faces don't ONLY care about the fans.....but they prefer to have their approval. Trust me, if guys like The Rock and Jericho (when he was a face) were better at something else instead of wrestling, they'd go do it. Look at Rock....now he's off to do comedic film.

The "heel" commentator calls it the way he sees it, although he usually overcompensates for the guys that the face commentator doesn't like just to bust his balls.

Sometimes, they hold on and bail out of the ring. Other times, they get whipped so fast that they don't have the time to hold onto the ropes or duck under the clothesline.

Well, there isn't always a heel and face anymore. Lawler and Tazz are more heels than faces anymore.

 

Because it's pretty distracting to the crowd to hear voices pumped over the speakers during the shows. WWA tried this for their shows and it really didn't work. Plus as fast as announcers have to talk, the reverb would SUCK.

There isn't always. JR is the face and Lawler isn't even a heel anymore. Cole is the face and Tazz doesn't openly cheer for heels. Tenay and West don't either.

 

The people in the arena can't hear the commentary because it'll drown out the crowd.
