I watched RAW without internet influence!

Here's RAW from the perspective of my chair:

1. Test is a face? And why would Steven Richards beating him be an upset? Lawler and I agreed on that one.

2. HHH appreciation night. I don't understand the difference between this and every other night.

3. Christian and Goldust are funny.

4. Nowinski and Maven tried real hard, but it's not easy being green. Heeheehee...I like Muppets.

5. Now that HHH has proven he is better than HBK it was obviously time to feed Jericho to what was left of him.

6. Christian/Goldust was ok I guess. A little slow though and I flipped to football for a while.

7. Good to see HHH getting a shot in on Austin. He deserved it for saving McMAhon from teh bankruptcy that was sure to arrive as a result of the last Kliq era.

8. RVD was more entertaining on the mic than in the ring today. It's never a good night when THAT happens. The booking of the Kane/RVD handicap match was TERRIFIC! Batista stays out long enough that everyone knows he can squash RVD whenever he feels like...then leaves and Kane doesn't follow him despite wanting his revenge so badly...right. Why didn't Kane leave? Because he had to singlehandeldy beat 3 minute warning after they dominated Van Dam silly.

9. At this point I started watching Rank to see who would be entertainer of the year so I flipped away from the Dudleys match. I was comfortable with said decision.

10. D-Lo Brown played the race card. So just like the Benoit/Angle feuding champions angle...I saw this already this year. Benoit and Angle > Styles and Lynn. D-Lo Brown however...does not have the mic skills or charisma...and as a matter of fact won't get a push anyway...to make this anything but a disaster that can't be forgotten because the talent doing it is over enough to abandon the angle.

11. Booker/Jericho was the best thing on this show...and it had the lamest ending ever.

12. It's funny to hear HHH list all the people he beat and still leave out SO many. Benoit, Jericho, RVD...he forgot the midcard as usual. Steiner vs. HHH. Was that supposed to get me excited? I love how Steiner proves in one segment that hard work, talent and mic skills = a push is a great big myth.

Basically...same old same old.

Everything I saw on RAW sucked.

Maybe I missed the good stuff.

But the show that I saw had one of the worst final 10 minutes I've seen in years. BPP is no good. He SUCKS on the mic worse than RVD ever will, and his workrate has never been all that hot. I guess RAW is going deeper into the cesspit that is hoss-love. And oh, just wait until Nash comes back.

Well, technically he's a tweener because he hasn't really made his allegiances well known to the fans. I will give him this though. Orlando really popped for Test tonight.

Who won on Rank?

the real question...

Raven at RAW...was the scripted, or is he trying to sneak into the show on a shoot? If I was stuck on Heat I would try and sneak my way onto Raw

Jennifer Aniston.

I have no words.

Even I was rooting for Eminem (#3) and I don't even like him.

I see I made the right choice again in choosing MNF over RAW.

I agree, but Patriots/Titans has been quite boring.

I'm surprised HHH didn't win entertainer of the year. He seems to be able to make it so he can win everything else.

What's so bad about the Dudley's. Not that there necessarily great or anything but considering the Raw roster they don't seem to bad to me.

I enjoyed RAW- one of their better shows in a long time.

Regal and Storm made it EIGHT TIMES!!!!, the Jericho-HBK segment rocked, a bunch of decent matches and I thought the BPP-HHH segment was mega cool

I have seen everything that the Dudleys have and ever will have. And I have seen enough to never have to watch it again.

Steiner was the fucking man!!...about 10 years ago.

Now he's a roided up bastard who sucks in the ring, sucks on the mic...well, he always sucked on the mic...and basically has no upside other than possibly severely injuring HHH.

Goldberg would be better for that, though. HHH and Goldberg legit hate each other's fucking guts, and would shoot on each other...someone would have a career ended.

Hence, why Rock will get him. Blah...

You forget to mention that HHH is getting less creative in his holding down methods since he just stuck Booker and Jericho in tag teams already. However, the way the handicapped match was booked it served it's purpose perfectly of making RVD look like a chump, and technically Batista jobbed to RVD in that match since his team lost, so RVD "owes" him a win now.

Batista will obviously be RVD's Rumble opponent.

And HHH gave his old plaything Jericho to HBK to keep him occupied. He'll "overcome the odds" and beat the "King of the World."

Oh, and Jericho's pre-match promo was cut off. Nice job...

If I was Raven I'd wait until Tuesday and try to sneak my way into a Smackdown segment and hope I didn't get edited out.

I happened to tune in for Raven's appearance though...wouldn't mind if he started showing up on RAW more often.

Yes because HHH is the one who decides to make BookDust a tag team.

VINCE HAS FINAL SAY. NOT HHH.

Don't pay attention to any of the feuds going on- they're just there to fill time before the hard sell for RR

The Commonwealth team sucks. I like Storm a lot but Regal just sucks it in the ring anymore. He use to be one of my favorites but he hasn't had a good match since his Pillman Show match with Benoit in May of 2000. He should step out of the ring and play a role for Storm like Flair does for Batista.

I don't know about that...

Everyone says that Vince doesn't care about the midcard and only decides and books the uppercard.

That obviously doesn't include Booker and JEricho.

From HHH to Steph to pillow talk, to doped-up Vince nodding his head...

Not directly, but Vince obviously is letting the inmates run the asylum.

If he wasn't stuck in the 80's he'd have remembered what happens when he lets wrestlers have their way.

Jericho took over from where Flair was last as the HBK Your My Hero ass kissing continues.

Booker T vs Jericho had no real finish plus the heel promo by Jericho was cut out.

Goldust vs Christian was a good match and Santa Dust gave Christian some need Ass Cream.

D-Lo vs Jeff was average at best then poor D-Lo regression started and he thought he was part of the Nation of Domination again.

Raven was lurking in the parking lot, why?

Batista walk off for no reason at all while Kane won the match all by himself again. KANE = Giant Silva

Steiner brain must be dead as he just repeated his catch phrases several times then add Bitch Slap past the censors

what else TEST wins the sponsorship for BOD phenomones sex lube, now with Blue Ball protection

I like how the Commonwealth Connection just goes in there and beats the fuck out of their opponents and win the match.

I've never big a fan of Storm's in ring work but I think Regal and Storm have very good chemistry

I think it's stupid to think HHH is back there going: Booker- tag team. Jericho: Laid out by HBK.

I love BookDust- they have great chemistry and are crowd favourites. They deserve the belts

So, in other words, you're just as biased as you always were, and you sit and conspire as much as you always did (i.e. Jericho being fed to Shawn), but you just did it while sparing us your commentary in the One And Only thread?

I'd say that was a lose-lose experiment.

When is Lilian going to sing "Tell me a Lie?"

Maybe after Jericho fake-injures HBK, and it looks like HBK will have to forfeit...

Then he overcomes the odds to beat Jericho at Rumble.

You guys realise that RVD-Batista and Y2J-HBK prob wont happen because of the Rumble right?

This is just to kill time before the hardsell like always

While...when Jericho goes out for no reason and gets knocked out by HBK...

I'd say that doesn't make Jericho look GOOD.

I never said it was HHH's idea...I pointed out that HHH was done with Shawn..which he is...and Jericho was fed to a superkick.

That's what THEY put on TV.

Don't blame me for calling a spade a spade.

And as I pointed out in the opening...this was without internet influence...influence that would have surely gotten to me had I clicked the one and only thread.

I don't think that jericho was made to look that bad. Jericho verbally assaulted HBK and hbk just got a measly superkick as retribution. They seemed pretty even to me.

Okay, how about the fact that the current and last fueds that the ONLY MAIN EVENTER ON RAW that's been there for more than 6 months has been with his best friend, and a guy who hasn't even wrestled a TV match.

Both will likely not be around after WM.

And that there are no top singles stars being built up. The most over ones are in tag team action. Booker and Goldust were a surprise success, but Jericho came on Raw...fueded with the oldest wrestler on the roster, and soon went into tag team action.

On SD you can think of at least 5 guys who can be plugged into the main events at any time with the credibility, if not drawing power, to fit well into the slot.

Oh yeah...that's right...Nash was hopefully going to be ready for Royal Rumble.

The guy who is more injury-prone than a grandmother with osteoporosis is being expected to be a main event player.

It really doesn't take Nostradamus to see all this fall into place.
