I didn't find anything wrong with RAW. As a matter of fact, I liked RAW. Lately, I've been taking a different approach when I watch any WWE show, and that's to just enjoy it. So, I enjoyed RAW, especially the Steiner/HHH segment.

10. D-Lo Brown played the race card. So just like the Benoit/Angle feuding champions angle...I saw this already this year. Benoit and Angle > Styles and Lynn. D-Lo Brown however...does not have the mic skills or charisma...and as a matter of fact won't get a push anyway...to make this anything but a disaster that can't be forgotten because the talent doing it is over enough to abandon the angle.

I thought Vince declared "Shock TV is dead!"

I suppose they can get away with it if they file it under "Schlock TV".

Raven at RAW...was the scripted, or is he trying to sneak into the show on a shoot? If I was stuck on Heat I would try and sneak my way onto Raw

If I was Raven I'd wait until Tuesday and try to sneak my way into a Smackdown segment and hope I didn't get edited out.

 

I happened to tune in for Raven's appearance though...wouldn't mind if he started showing up on RAW more often.

Dragon wouldn't get a pop for shit in the Rumble because most people have never heard of him not to mention the fact that he would be dwarfed by most of the guys in there. I do think they should sign him though as he is the shit and would get over bigtime in the Cruiserweight division with Chavo,Rey,and Knoble.

Comparing Bad News to Austin is a travesty.

I understand the comparison but I hate comparing a great like Austin to a piece of shit like Bad News.

He would get zero pop for his entrance, and then nothing in the ring either. He'd only be able to impress people with highspots, but those would get completely lost in a clusterf*ck like the Rumble.

 

If they gave him singles matches for a few weeks and let them be decently long though, then he'd probably get over. Of course, they could get a lot of people they already have over by doing that (and then not feeding them to hosses is assumed), but...

I also enjoyed Raw. I was entertained from beginning to End.

 

I was even shocked how good the Triple H/Steiner Main Event Segment went. I could actually make out what Steiner was saying. Nice little "shoot" Rock comment from Triple H. No Jealously there.

 

I'm getting a feeling a RVD Heel run is coming, and he'll feud with the Heat Machine, Kane. RVD/Kane reminded me of RVD/Sabu in the interview last night. Also, the way RVD was staring down Kane after the match last night.

 

The bad part though. With all this talk that HBK isn't retiring. He thinks he's still the "ShowStoppa," thinks he's still able to go, that will probably lead to one thing.

Um, have you guys even SEEN an American Dragon match, the guy's a matwork wizard and a stiff striker, not a highspot artist. He's a guy they'd have to get over gradually, like Benoit, and not someone who'd get an RVD insta-pop. Plus he's not exactly an attractive fellow either.

 

Daniels would be great if paired with Raven and allowed to work the Fallen Angel gimmick to his fullest like he does in ROH. Paul London (the guy who jobbed to Cena on Velocity) is fucking incredible.

 

Out of all indy wrestlers, Red is probably the only one who could get ridiculously over real quick like RVD and Mysterio did.

Hate me but I liked Raw enough last night...Two great backstage segments with BookDust/Xstain and Kane/Coach/RVD.

 

The Main event for the next PPV was Announced the very night after the last ppv.

 

Jericho gives a good promo to Shawn...Shawn can return to his roots as a Promo guy here...and not sell the injured old man route.

 

They finally remember Raven, which Is nice.

 

Decent wrestling. Nothing outright offended me...Not like D'lo will go anywhere.
