Guest Ram Report post Posted December 21, 2002 Rock's Beeper: *buzzing sound* Rock: What the...? Rock's Beeper: 3:16 Rock: !!!!! *KICK WHAM STUNNER* I think we'll get one last Rock/Austin feud this year. Sure, they should be working with the usual suspects, but all things considered, I figure it would be more likely than not.
Guest EternallyLazy Report post Posted December 21, 2002 The thing is... HHH may not be doing anything to improve the ratings, but then again, he's not doing anything to hurt the ratings either. I would like to say that sooner or later Vince is going to have to realize that HHH as the top star on RAW isn't the answer, but then again... you gotta look at it this way. If Chris Jericho is pushed as the star of RAW and HHH takes a backseat to guys like RVD and Booker, and the new main event scene revolved around these guys... do you honestly think the ratings would improve? My answer is no. We may hate HHH but the average fan doesn't see it our way. We're in the minority. We can bitch and bitch all we want about how WWE is screwing things up, but even if they turned things around tomorrow and started putting out grade-A shit, I seriously doubt the ratings would jump very far
Guest deadbeater Report post Posted December 21, 2002 Here is one headline I hope to read: In 2003 Jaguar Yokota closes her caberet and signs an agreement to be a trainer for the WWE divas.

Why? It's not like women's wrestling matters in North America. It's not going to improve business, who cares about it? I'd rather see: "Kenta Kobashi agrees to train WWE ME'ers to work a more technical style."

If you centered the show around new people ratings wouldn't drop either. So you can have the same ratings with HHH all over TV and NO CHANCE for a breakout star or improved ratings...or you can let new people run the show and at least have the potential for improvement...all the while with little to no risk of doing any worse. Guest The Hamburglar Report post Posted December 22, 2002 "Kenta Kobashi agrees to train WWE ME'ers to work a more technical style." Since when does Kobashi work a technical style? He's an awesome worker but from what I've seen he's hardly a great technician, just a good practitioner of the All-Japan Style. Great seller(when he wants to), great offense, great charisma, but not a technician to my mind.
Guest Ram Report post Posted December 22, 2002 Speaking of 2003, I just saw a commercial on MTV that highlighted several RAW moments (Steph wedding, HLA, Rock/Hogan) and I figured it was about the RAW anniversary show. But after showing the moments, it said "2003: What will be?" So, WTF?

He's leagues better than what they have know, he's hurt so he won't be wrestling, and he knows how to work a great match without it being boring. He's no Benoit but he's the complete package my friend.
