Eric Bischoff cleared up speculation for Royal Rumble. It is now official that 15 RAW guys will be in the Royal Rumble, and 15 SmackDown! guys as well. The winner of the Royal Rumble will face their brand's champion at WrestleMania. So if a RAW guy wins the Royal Rumble, then whoever is champion of RAW will be his opponent at WrestleMania. Same goes for if a SmackDown! guy wins.

 

But then the 'detailed' RAW spoilers say

Bischoff comes out to the ramp with Chief Morley in tow and announces the new Royal Rumble rules where each brand will have 15 superstars in their brand-specific Rumble match, with the winners facing their respective brand's champion at WMX9.
