Guest The Mighty Damaramu Report post Posted December 22, 2002 Hey just got back from RAW. You know, no matter how crappy the show you still enjoy it live(except for that horrible show with the Kiss my ass club in OKC last year....blech!). Anyways......here's somethings I have to say about it: -Crowd was hot in OKC as usual. JR got the biggest pops after the main event. The fans went wild for him. I just sat there. -Something funny. You know how I said my name actually is J.R.? Well when they chanted for Jim Ross I just stood there waving going "Thank you, thank you!" -The reshoot of the Test and D-Lo match was funny. A lot of fans just groaned and were like "Not again!" -HHH jobbed tonight more than ever....... -I had a HHH mark and his kids in front of me. My constant spewing of hate for HHH made the kid cry. His dad just kept giving me dirty looks as I trashed him all night. -The tag title match was good, except I didn't know who to cheer for. So I sounded like: "Go Y2J!" *Y2J takes over* "Kick his ass Booker!" -Damn JR is over....it's kinda sad. Wonder if that tag match will be televised????????????? -Show was long, they will probably cut it down -Everyone I talked to(at the show and at IHOP afterwards) wished we could've had SD! -I made a little kids night when I took my replica WCW title into IHOP with me and let him hold it. -It was fun, but it will probably suck on TV. Any questions?
Guest Will Scarlet Report post Posted December 22, 2002 Was it as bad as the spoilers suggest?

Guest The Mighty Damaramu Report post Posted December 22, 2002 Well basically they messed up the big boot ending to the original Test/D-Lo match b/c Stacey was in the way so D-Lo just shoved the ref and got himself DQ'd. So later D-Lo came out and challenged Test to a rematch with winner getting Stacey(this won't be televised). They got into the ring and proceeded to have the exact same match. Stacey almost messed it up again though. Everytime Test would set himself up in a corner for the boot she'd run to another corner and he kept having to run around the ring. She finally picked one and he hit D-Lo with the boot and the match ended. Yes it was as bad as the spoilers would suggest, on TV. It was fun live but I can gurantee it'll suck on TV. You know one of those shows. Oh and like I said in the spoilers thread. That guy was way off base. He got the attendance wrong(about 13,000 not 10,000), he left out somethings, got some things wrong(JR and Steiner never had in ring promos during the show), and had everything out of order. Check the thread b/c I correct a lot of the crap that fool messed up on.
Guest The Mighty Damaramu Report post Posted December 22, 2002 Oh yeah and they had those damn replica belts for 225 bucks! And people were actually buying them. Luckily I just had the WCW replica my friend wasted his money on.
Guest Will Scarlet Report post Posted December 22, 2002 Crowd was hot in OKC as usual. You know, for all the negativity about this particular show, I will admit that it is nice that the WWF will actually have a hot crowd on a show for once.
Guest The Mighty Damaramu Report post Posted December 22, 2002 Yeah they always gets loud in OKC. Because before 2001 we barely ever got WWE. But in 2001 they just started putting on 2 shows a year so I think the crowd is starting to die down.
Guest geniusMoment Report post Posted December 22, 2002 It could be worse, they could have done the standard divas pool match that they always do during the holidays. Don't they get it, cable television is different then it was in 1998, there are now much hotter women wearing almost nothing on many cable channels, the divas don't draw anymore. I wont admit that shit, having a "hot crowd" at a show full of crap like this will only prompt them to produce MORE crap like this... ...if you really want my opinion, I think the casual fans that were brought in durring the wrestling boom are really hurting the business, really, I do. Guest The Mighty Damaramu Report post Posted December 22, 2002 Oh yeah. The spoilers up at Meltzer's site now the "full spoilers" are the correct ones. -How could I forget to mention Sean O'Haire as the evil Santa Claus picking on kids at the Heritage Park mall(a crappy mall)? -For you Raven fans, I forgot Raven is back on RAW after beating Tommy Dreamer. -Yes the loudest pop of the night was when Bubba stood there holding a sign close to his chest and then revealing it as it said "Texas sucks! Love Santa!" -D-Lo's cheap heat promo got the crowd in a frenzy as he made fun of OU losing to OSU and that prompted the OSU fans in the crowd to stand and yell and then the OU fans stood and I thought the whole arena was going to riot. Lots of "Fuck you OSU sucks!"(from me) and "OU pussy!"(from the guy 4 rows down from me) yells were heard. I of course sided with OU since I go to that school. Guest RedJed Report post Posted December 22, 2002 -How could I forget to mention Sean O'Haire as the evil Santa Claus picking on kids at the Heritage Park mall(a crappy mall)? Wow, it's circa 94 all over again.........another evil Santa gimmick. You thought they would have learned their lesson the first time when they dropped Xanta Claus after two weeks of TV. Guest Jobber of the Week Report post Posted December 22, 2002 Well when they chanted for Jim Ross You're fucking kidding me? I figured they would want to crucify him on a ringpost for furthering a stereotype.

Guest MixxMaster Report post Posted December 22, 2002 Somebody, PLEASE explain the reasoning of bringing a replica belt to a live event, let alone out in public... I just don't get it.

Guest The Mighty Damaramu Report post Posted December 22, 2002 "Somebody, PLEASE explain the reasoning of bringing a replica belt to a live event, let alone out in public... I just don't get it." Because it's fun to mess around with. Then again you don't get it like you said.

Um, I don't think he's going to have an evil Santa gimmick. Likely a one shot deal.
